If you love fashion colors, Crystal is your girl! I’ve had beautiful hair for 6 years because of her, and if you’re lucky she’ll sing to your hair for growth. Works like a charm!

I am super thankful for being in the right place at the right time. A little backstory because it just makes sense. I took my sister to get her hair done in the morning and while there my husband had taken my daughter somewhere else to get a wolf cut. Well, let's just say things did not go well and during my sister's appointment I was giving a play by play of the horrors that were unraveling. At the end of my sister's appointment both Erika and Crystal told me to take pictures and text them over that way they could asses the damage and let me know what could be done to salvage my daughter's cut. I know how busy the salon is but they told me they would work out something to make room to correct my daughter's hair. When I got home my sister took some pictures and sent them over. Almost immediately my daughter had an appointment and I was able to take her in within a few hours and I am so so happy. Crystal asked my daughter questions about what she was looking for and what she was most unhappy with from the cut she received at the other salon. Once my daughter could see the cut coming together she was actually smiling. She went from tears to smiles and my heart went from breaking for her to feeling full just seeing how much happier she was. Her confidence came back and I could see a complete shift in her mood. I really appreciate that Crystal was able to correct the cut and even took the time to talk with my daughter and give her advice of how to style her new cut. Not too mention my daughter's hair looks the healthiest it has in a very long time! After not having a go to hair salon I am happy to say I have a found a new home and even booked my daughter's next appointment!

Every time I leave I feel like I love my hair even more than the time before. I have struggled to find a colorist who could achieve the red tones I was looking for and Erika nailed it! I've also recently started getting extensions and OMG I'm obsessed. Flawless application! On top of the amazing skills of Crystal and Erika, the atmosphere feels like the "Cheers" of hair salons. For real, the vibe alone makes me genuinely look forward to every appointment.

Crystal always does an amazing job with my hair. She's the best! I have pretty thick textured hair and she always takes time to communicate what works well with both the style and cut of my hair. I've been coming back to her for a bit and this time I asked for my natural waves/curls to be styled. She developed my curls meticulously and they turned out so great!

I am so happy that Crystal, who has been cutting my hair beautifully, coloring it naturally, and fantastically and dispensing her wit and wisdom for more years than I can count. I first encountered her as a walk-in at Bubbles in the Mall, and I made the trek out to Ecosse when she went there, and now it feels like a homecoming for both of us to have her next door to Nordies, above where I first met her. If you are looking for a stylist who goes above and beyond you can stop here, you've found her. Crystal has repaired my occasional mistakes (erm, a blue streak for Hallowe'en), she's indulged my little fads (erm, hairline blonde bits for summer), she's fitted me in when I've had last minute work stuff, and she's never once given me anything but truly excellent, fantastic cuts and colors. I've never been one for a lot of blowdrying witchcraft but lately my hair's been wiry (hello menopause and thanks for this as well as the chin-hairs), and her blow-drying has corrected this for the entire week that a shampoo and cut and blow dry in her chair lasts for me! I LOVE the new location. I love Erika. The vibe is great and how can you possibly beat the convenience of the mall with parking right outside? If Crystal moved to another state I'd probably get on a plane. I'm next level loyal to this hair-whispering woman.

Crystal is the absolute best hairstylist! She does amazing undercuts and her haircuts always grow really well so it looks great 8+ weeks after she cuts it. Highly recommend for all hair types, especially if you have thick hair.

Crystal is the best! She's a master at her craft and is incredibly talented and skilled. She's also very friendly, kind, and professional and has always greeted me warmly at every appointment. In the past, no matter which stylist I visited I was always just ok with my hair cut but never loved it. Not the case with Crystal - I always leave with a hair cut I love. I trust Crystal so much with my hair that she's the only stylist ever to dye my hair. She completely delivered and did an amazing job. Even my mom, who never gives any compliments on hair (she's very picky), complimented both my hair and my husband's hair (he also sees Crystal).
