It was a horrible experience there with Roa, I wanted to keratin my hair and Went there to Roa. she said she only do hair botox and it’s like hair full treatment. After doing the hair Botox till now I got a very bad headache and I feel someone pulling my hair from the root although every sec non stopping and it over a month that I did the Botox. She was very rude also and it was the most bad and horrible experience of mine up to now that I have been on salon. Moreover, I got a very bad hair falling after Roa hair botox ( treatment) in shower and then when I brush it. I feel like my head scalp is not mine from the day that I did Botox. I advice to all my sisters honestly to please don’t spend your money here cause her products is very harmful for your hairs roots and you will notice the results that I explained above after one day and it lasts over months.

I went to Roa just 2 days ago and WOW she's amazing. This girl is talented, creative, and gifted. She's also personable, kind, and attentive to your wants and needs. Roa will give you her opinion/perspective concerning the style you want, but she does this so you can look your best. I was SO pleased with how she made me look on my engagement day! Upon adding the finished touches, I was the most beautiful I had ever seen myself be. I can't wait to go back for the wedding!!! Thanks Roa <3

Be aware people. The worst hairstylist ever! Very rude disrespectful with nasty attitude. She doesn’t respect time nor respect customers, I tried her twice and every time I go I regret going. She stays on her phone while she works doesn’t ask customers about their opinion plus Very pricey for awful service all she cares about is MONEY ONLY! I don’t recommend her to anyone!!!!

I had such a horrible experience in this place , will never come back , I went there to only trim my hair , I showed the lady who works there twice how much hair I want her to cut to make sure she din't cut more, but she literally cut half of my hair without my permission, I am shocked I can't believe it, It is not professional , I doubt if she is licensed!!!

Highly not recommended This lady thinks that she is the only make up artist in the city to do what she wants not what the Customer want basically my mom asked her for some simple make up very simple and literally she put half of pound of make up on her face she had to go home and wash her face six times to takeoff that make up And this was on my engagement day, So unprofessional what she done to my fiancé She took her money full upfront and she agreed with her to come finish her make up at the reception a day before the engagement she called her and she said I’m not gonna be able to do it because I have other appointments watches changed all of our plans we canceled with her and she still did not want to give us the money and that was not the deposit she was paid in full. The worst experience ever

This salon is a gem in Nashville only been open for 6 month now woman’s only salon. The work is honest and amazing. Best salon for total transformation or just a papering day at the salon. The decore makes you feel like royalty. They do hair color, cuts, styles, straightning, extensions, bridals, faicals, brows, threading. Best to make an appointment via text ahead of time.
