Can’t recommend Riviere enough! The staff is always welcoming and professional and the facility itself is spotless, modern, and relaxing. I’ve had a micro-needling treatments done by Peyton and lip filler done by Tracy. They were each highly skilled and took the time to explain each step of the process for the service I was receiving, which I deeply appreciated. The results were fantastic, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this med spa for anyone looking for top-notch service and results!

Over the course of three visits to this remarkable cosmetic clinic, I have been consistently impressed by the exceptional quality of treatments, the expertise of the staff, and the luxurious, welcoming atmosphere. On my initial visit, I opted for lip injections, which were performed with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a subtle enhancement that added fullness and definition to my lips without appearing artificial or overdone. The skilled practitioner took great care to ensure that the injections were placed precisely, creating a beautifully balanced and harmonious look. For my second appointment, I decided to address some of the signs of aging on my face with a combination of Botox and dermal fillers. The Botox was administered with finesse, targeting the specific areas where I had noticed fine lines and wrinkles, such as my forehead and around my eyes. The result was a noticeable smoothing and softening of these areas, giving me a more youthful and refreshed appearance without compromising my natural expressions. The dermal fillers, on the other hand, were used to restore volume and enhance my facial contours. The practitioner artfully placed the fillers in my cheeks, jawline, and around my chin, creating a subtle lift and improved symmetry that made me look like I was naturally blessed with stunning bone structure. I went for my Hydrafacial for the first time and It was a great experience. Payton who worked with me was very professional and patiently answered all my questions and assured me that everything will go smoothly . I highly recommend this place.

I got lip infections here earlier this year and I have had lip injections prior and I loved them my lips where perfect shape just was time for more filler, more plump. Well they filled above my lip and now my lips look funny. I have had filler 3 times prior and this has never happened but also this was my first time coming here. I am not happy at all and going forward I’m probably going to have to pay for filler removal and start over. I DO NOT recommend this place for filler at all unless u want your lips messed up!!!

She was kind, patient, and completely understanding of my anxiety about the process. What impressed me most was how there was zero pressure to commit during the consultation. Tracy reassured me that I shouldn’t move forward unless I felt 100% sure, which made me feel confident and respected. After giving it more thought, I decided to return for the procedure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Tracy numbed the area so effectively that I barely felt anything. She has a unique approach to fillers—she works WITH her clients, explaining every step of the process and checking in along the way to ensure you’re thrilled with the outcome. The results are natural and exactly what I wanted. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tracy and Riviere to anyone considering lip fillers. I go to Riviere for all my med spa needs. I recommend Payton for laser hair removal and hydrafacial she's highly knowledgeable and the treatments are very effective. If you're skeptical about were to go for any med spa services look no further Riviere uses the newest technologies, staff is very professional and friendly , I always look forward to my appointments here. I’ve have nothing but good experiences at Riviere. I initially came for laser hair removal,. I knew they advertised it was painless, but I was still a little nervous about how painless it would really be. The entire process was fantastic, it was, in fact, overall painless and I was impressed with how detailed they were in providing info on the prep before and after care. I have since come in for hydra facials and most recently for micro needling. I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I’m always getting compliments and then recommending this place to friends and coworkers I’ve seen Peyton for all of the treatments I have received and she is truly fantastic; always very knowledgeable, detailed and very personable. Every time I’ve had a treatment for the first time she will check in the next day to make sure I am doing ok. She monitors my skin throughout the treatments to ensure it’s reacting ok and will adjust accordingly if she notices anything off. With the micro needling, as with the laser hair removal, I was a little nervous about the pain and was pleasantly surprised when I had pretty much no discomfort. Overall, I feel pretty confident in saying that it seems that Riviere has high standards when it comes to the comfort of the client, cleanliness, and the tiny details of every treatment process.

I’ve been really pleased with all of my visits to Rivière. Tracy is an incredible aesthetician who really works with you to get the results you’re looking for, explains everything in detail, makes sure you’re comfortable, and she clearly knows her stuff. Pricing is what it should be, not overcharged like so many medspas. The staff is friendly and communicative. It’s nice being able to text, and changing appointment times has always been easy. I’ve sent many people in Rivière’s direction because I’ve been so pleased and will continue to!

I have been going to Riviere Med Spa for over a year for laser hair removal and have always been impressed by the hospitality and technical excellence. Peyton is so personable and makes the experience wonderful. She takes care to shave missed hairs prior to the laser and would ask about hair growth since the last session so that the settings can be adjusted accordingly. She also checks in after all the sessions. I highly recommend Riviere for laser hair removal as well as all their other services!

I am going with 3 stars as my experience is based solely on a consultation. I did not have work done there. I met with Peyton who was very responsive about getting me in for a consultation. I was inquiring about laser skin resurfacing with an erbium laser. She provided a quote but then things came to a halt. She was unable to give me any idea of when their medical director, Dr. Rachael Del Toro, could do it. She said it could be weeks or months as she had no idea what the doctor's schedule was. Ok, not a total deal breaker. I went home to do research on Dr. Del Toro to find out what her qualifications are to use the laser and her experience level. All I can find is her own business, Infusions and Injections, but again, nothing on her qualifications with the laser. I looked at Riviere's FB page and its main focus seems to be on fillers. I called back and talked to Peyton letting her know what I was running into. She essentially said she didn't know how to help me as she did not have any background information on the doctor. I am not a research guru and could have missed something, but all I should have to do is verify information that is readily available and happily provided by the business. This business has great reviews which is what brought me here, but they are obviously not for the services that only their medical director can provide. Pricing was extremely competitive so I am saddened that I cannot feel safe giving them my business.

I recently had Botox and fillers done with Tracy at Riviere. She took the time to really see what I needed to improve the balance and soften my appearance. I could not be happier with the end result. It is subtle but not at all drastic or over done. Most people just think I must be getting better rest!

Trust Tracy with your skin care. She’s thoughtful in terms of which injectables/products will suit your needs and has an artist’s touch when applying them. All of the staff here work together to make your visit a nice experience. Highly recommend.
