Came to get my lips dissolved, they were very helpful with that. Came back to get my lips redone and had unevenness on my bottom lip, along with visible clumps. I went for a second opinion and was told I had to re dissolve before filling again. I am now pregnant and cannot do either. I had called and sent pictures and various emails and still haven’t heard back on a refunding or even a compromise. The staff was super sweet! Just not happy with the lack of communication or understanding.

I have gone to multiple places in Cedar Rapids over the past few years trying to find a good injector- and Kylie ant Ritual is absolutely the best. Could not recommend her more. Within 24 hours of filler I had absolutely no bruising or swelling and she was so much more gentle than anyone else I have ever gone to.

The Ritual Staff is the best! They are very knowledgeable and perfect their skills. I see Coco for anything and everything from chemical peels to Dysport to jawline filler to lip filler to giving me a skincare routine. Coco does it all. I tried going to other medical spas where I live and nothing compares to ritual! I’ll be a lifelong customer <3

Ritual gets 5 stars + from me. Even though the staff is young and beautiful (which can be intimidating for those who are not), they make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Kourtney explains everything and is beyond helpful in finding solutions perfect for you. I'm so glad I found them!

Ritual Med Boutique is a 5 Star Pro! Exceptional services. Monthly, I get the Diamond Glow facial from Baili. The atmosphere is heavenly; colors, lighting, fragrance, sound. Baili’s treatment care is gentle, not rushed. She is an expert in her field. If she suggests a new product or service for my skin, I trust her. I always leave appointment glowing and scheduling my next 2 to 3 appointments in the future.
