Customer service very rude! Nail tech doesn’t believe in what u want, she rather you pay for what she want you to have. She also gives advice that’s not needed if it’s coming off as rude, it’s a better way to handle things‼️

I highly do not recommend this location the staff lady with the glasses want to give you what she wants you to have and the pedicure that I received my feet still feel like sandpaper and she was not

I went to have my eyebrow tinted and lash extensions put on. The overall look was decent but she used hair bonding glue to apply lashes. My eyes have been watering and burning since an hour after Nene applied them. I want them removed and my money refunded as well as they stop using this to apply ANYONE'S LASHES. The glue is intended for scalp and the chemical are too harsh for the eyes.i have been trying to reach them by phone so they are aware before I come in.

They "CAN" be Impatient and Rude, but quality work when they're not tired, so GO early and when it's not extremely crowed. Ombre full set $50 I LIKE 👍 👌

Very rude people they do good nails but they have very very rude attitude. I also got my nails painted with the mood changing colors it was supposed to be in white and pink don’t get that color because my nails were yellow and then pink like a nasty yellow looking it was a horrible job

If I could give less than 2 star I would. I went into the shop and noticed immediately that it wasn’t the neatest, but it was clean so I let it slide. They were quick with my soak off, but I noticed that they were giving me strange looks as they were filing off my soaked nails. Prior to them soaking my nails I advise I wanted the “Dip” ombre with nail extensions like the one I had in when I came into the shop. They said no problem. As they were filing off my soaked nails, I noticed them noticing the color was solid all the way thru, confirming it was indeed “Dip” powder on my nails. Again, each drilling, I was given a strange look. I immediately knew, they didn’t have the skill set to pull off a “Dip” powder Ombré , but still I wanted to give them a chance. After applying my nail extensions, they pulled out acrylic powder and proceeded to apply it to my nail. I sopped her and advised I asked for “Dip” not Acrylic. She said “it’s the same powder” I advised NO, “Dip” powder is more porous than acrylic, which is why I haven’t used acrylic in over 5 years. She then said that is the only way to do nail extensions. Again, I advised NO, I’ve had SEVERAL nail salons that have applied “Dip” powder to my nails and it lasts. She then advised ALL of the other nail salons lied to me and they used acrylic…. Smh. I told her I know the difference and they actually Dipped my nails without applying the liquid agent that is applied to acrylic. I advised maybe they need to learn the technique since it would add to their business, she then advised they don’t want to learn anything new. I was done after that. Anyone that would rather not learn anything new vs admit they are wrong shouldn’t be in business. Just because you are in a small town doesn’t mean you have to think small. GO to a salon that is ALWAYS willing to learn NEW techniques, not one that can only give you mediocre nails.
