Jessica is a true professional. Both in the barber and cosmetology world. The attention to detail, the efforts, and overall care she puts into your service when being attended by her? It's incomparable and highly sought after. True queen of her craft. Everyone else is super nice, professional, and clean. Great location, great vibes, great communication. Will happily return to Jessica for the best service I could ever ask for. Super fire cut, conversation, and she's just a super chill girl. God bless.

This place has always had bad service. I usually take my kids for hair cuts and the hairdressers are always on their phone texting or just seem distracted. I went to take my kids for a hair cut and the owner (I think her name is Tran) had just finished a ladies hair. I wanted to wax but was waiting for another stylist to finish, I waited for about an hour before she took it upon herself to do my eyebrows and I admit they came out fine. Well 3 weeks later and here I am. I walked it and it was just rowdy, the owner had what seemed her friends and they were all laughing and just having a good ol time. She told me to wait in the room for waxing. I’m thinking she’s going to come soon, well was I wrong. She sent in a lady called Janet and she seemed pretty nice. But I could tell right away she had no experience!! All I could hear was the loud ladies just yapping away and laughing. The owner has never cared about the customers and just had bad customer service. I don’t know how this place has a 4.6 star rating. I added my eyebrow clean up for reference. Just don’t let Janet do your eyebrows and don’t expect good customer service.

I loved the hair cut I got. He listened to me and executed my vision. It also came with a wash both for less than $40. I will definitely come again here.

Great experience. Everyone is very kind ! Came in for a touch up on my highlights & a haircut . Got seen same day I called. My touch up came out better than how I got my highlights done somewhere else & for my haircut I didn’t want to lose too much length & Miranda absolutely did amazing. It’s a very comfortable environment & my hair came out better than I could have imagined. Will be my go to salon from now on 😊 can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience at this salon with Miranda. She was able to fit me in on the same day that I called. She did such an amazing job on my hair that I couldn’t stop smiling at how lovely it looked. I wish I found this salon sooner, but now I know where to send my friends when they’re looking for a new stylist.

Best hair salon/stylist in Northern Salt Lake City- Tran does an articulate and expert haircut; she and her team has continually prove they have been doing this a long time. Give this place a try and you won’t regret it. This place specializes in Asian, Hispanic and white hair. I would highly recommend this place to young and middle age professionals, especially those working near downtown as it is very convenient.

I drive all the way from south Jordan because I just love Trang the owners work !!! I use to go to Mscott salon and paid 80 dollars for a haircut and it wasn’t even that great!! Trang only charged me less than half of that and is super quick and does such an amazing job!! To the point everyone asks me where I got my haircut !! Love rinse hair salon !!

My recent visit to Rinse Hair Salon turned into a nightmare as my daughter's haircut was terribly uneven and choppy, resembling a DIY job rather than a professional service. To add insult to injury, the exorbitant price I paid for the subpar haircut felt like a complete rip-off, highlighting the salon's profit-driven approach over quality service. The staff's lack of concern for customer satisfaction further compounded the disappointment, making it clear that Rinse Hair Salon prioritizes money over genuine care. I strongly caution others to avoid this salon at all costs, as it was one of the worst experiences I've had, leaving me infuriated and regretful of ever stepping foot in their establishment. **UPDATE** I recently went back and the salon was generous enough to make it right. That being said, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3. It shouldn’t have happened in the first place, but I’d definitely give them another chance. P.S: As a business manager please make sure that each stylist is attentive of the client instead of socializing with their colleagues. It’s important to make every customer’s experience great! Thanks.
