Regina and Lawrence were really really great! We did the 15 minute Swedish massage and we had a great experience. The robes and slippers are fluffy and the champagne is cold! Regina was really experienced and was very sensitive to my body’s needs at the time of the massage as a mom who is breast-feeding.

Have been to this spa five or six times previously and had an awful experience at this spa today - with zero concern or resolution by the staff person present. Will not be returning & suggest people take their business next door to the Four Seasons where you will have a much better experience for the money.

I was overcharged for something I did not book and they wouldn't reimburse me. The appointment was supposed to be for an hour and it was less than 60 minutes. The hair stylist smelled like cigarette smoke.

The technicians were all excellent! There were three of us that were scheduled on Friday afternoon and we were all very satisfied with our services. Lois and Regina were very good!

I was able to book a massage at the last minute while staying at a hotel nearby. The massage was great, the atmosphere was very relaxing, the space was clean and very quiet. Highly recommend!

First you changed my appointment time and told me the time was changed in a text message. I regretfully did not read the whole message because the first part of the message had the correct appointment details. It wasn't until the day of my wife noticed the appointment had changed. Secondly, When I called to complain with the manager Michael at the ritz Carlton, I was told an employee called out with a family emergency, which is understandable. Though I feel you should call in that event, not sneak it in a text message. Then when I called the spa because of another issue, the receptionist "Santa" said no one called out and that the scheduling conflict was on my end and implied I was the reason for the conflict. ( I sent a screen shot of my confirmation in April to the email address provided , which states differently). She continued to cut me off in conversation until I finally just asked to speak with a manager. I was told a manager would call me at approximately 1:30pm, but I'm still waiting on that phone call. Additionally she had the audacity to state my wife enjoyed the facial, which she had to settle for in stead of the therapeutic massage she was suppose to get. This experience was mentally exhausting and but a damper on her birthday plans. I would have rated it lower but she said the treatment she had to settle for was good and the facility was amazing.

Edit: I just spoke to the owner and the manager, and both were very helpful in providing the refund. There was a miscommunication that got handled smoothly once we were all on a call. Very much appreciate the owner being diligent in trying to help me get this resolved. Original post: Please save yourself from this place that doesn’t care about the customer experience, especially if you’re not rich, where it’s obvious they will treat you like you’re a second class citizen if that’s the case. I had a very unpleasant experience about two weeks ago, where I showed up with my Mom to redeem a gift certificate for her birthday, and they wouldn’t honor the gift card for a 50 min massage because the prices rose. They were nickel and diming me to pay the additional $3 (!) and other charges because “there was not enough money on the gift card” even though I had the gift card for a specific massage. When I asked to talk to the manager, I was told she was on vacation, so I wrote to the manager after the visit to try to get my money back and NEVER heard back. I even reached out on their website a week later but still never heard back. This leaves me no choice but to voice my frustrations with this establishment online. Please avoid.

From start to finish the experience was incredible. The woman I spoke to on the phone to book the service was very accommodating and helpful. The day of was an awesome atmosphere and staff was so welcoming. The massage was probably the best massage I've ever had. I loved that they used multiple different techniques and styles. We are going to make a point to come back on a regular basis.

Peter is amazing. I am very particular so I thought I would have to try out different stylists to find the right one. Luckily, Peter was the first stylist I tried when I moved back to Philadelphia and I would be foolish to go anywhere else. Quick, efficient, and a joy to talk to. I give him a general idea of what I want, bangs, long, etc. and he does the rest. He cuts to the natural curve of my face and texture of my hair and I am constantly getting compliments.

Regina was amazing & the atmosphere relaxing! I gave 1-less star because the women's room didn't have a working sauna or steam room. But Regina was great and made the session worth it!

The locker room was small and under construction and my 50 minute massage was only 30 minutes and when I asked why the massage therapist said I was late but I arrived at 8am and was in the waiting room at 809 but massage didn't start until 820 and ended 850
