My husband and I received a couples massage for our 20th anniversary. Natalie and Karen were amazing. The receptionists were so helpful and friendly. We were so pleased that we plan on coming back soon. Thank you for making our visit one to remember!!! You guys are amazing!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The massage room was FREEZING! Even the therapist complained about being cold! The room also was not warm or welcoming and felt more like a hospital room. The massage itself was ok. Very aggressive and not relaxing like I was hoping for but she did work out the knots in my shoulders. I would not recommend. Not at all worth the price tag.

Had an amazing massage while in town for a work trip. The therapist was very intuitive & technical. She melted away any kinks and soreness I was experiencing. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Would recommend 10/10!

Everything in the hotel room and hotel suggests well being and tranquility, but the spa experience at the Rhapsody Spa was anything but peaceful. I booked an 80 minute massage and felt rushed from moment I entered the spa. I was yelled at by the front desk person that I had to wear a robe. I was told my therapist was the trainer and most experienced, but I didn't find the massage to be top quality and comparable to other massages I have had at upscale hotels. The price of the massage was very high and definitely not worth it. It was much more like a massage at a massage chain. I would not recommend this spa.

Oxygen facial was great. Massage was very average and not worth the price for the treatment I received. Amenities were minimal. Staff was nice.

They were awful. I got a 20 mins massage because I was late to due traffic from the rain. They rushed and ended 10 mins early.

Request Dorian Walker for deep tissue or sports massage. He was great! Spa itself is small for Nashville but nice. Massage rooms need to be darker and little fancier for cost. Overall not super impressed with the Weston other than the Libby is beautiful. Rooftop is tiny and ghetto.

Such a relaxing experience! They validate your parking for the entire day so you can explore after your treatment. Very peaceful environment with great amenities. Massage was one of the best I've ever had and I wish I could take the shower with me. Overall great experience!

Beautiful lobby but lacks basic amenities like hot tub etc. Only option was steam shower and dry sauna. The menu on line is not clear and I scheduled an appointment and it wasn’t what I thought from the menu description. The services are very pricey. More expensive than any spa I’ve ever been to, Including luxury spas in last Vegas with many amenities. Staff was very nice and explained they are correcting spa menu to be more clear because it’s been a problem. That didn’t help me, I traveled to Nashville and wanted a spa day. Unfortunately it was too late to book a spa service at another hotel so that was a big negative to my vacation.

I recently visited your spa on 7/6/24 and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. While there were some positive aspects, I encountered several issues that affected the overall enjoyment of my visit. Firstly, there were no robes available in many of the lockers, necessitating a trip back to the front desk to resolve this. It would be more convenient if this was checked and stocked beforehand. Secondly, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty when I showered before my massage. This was disappointing and inconvenient, particularly as I noticed a staff member entering the washrooms as we were leaving for our massages. I had hoped it would be replenished by the time we returned, but it remained empty even after our massages. Additionally, the steam room was out of order during our visit, which was a letdown as it was something we were looking forward to using. Regarding the massage itself, I felt that the pressure applied was too soft. My masseuse did not ask about my pressure preference at any point during the session. I was concerned about this from the start as she appeared to be quite petite and older, which made me hesitant to request more pressure. Finally, after nearly finishing up, I informed the front desk about the empty body wash bottle. Shortly after, a female staff member entered the men's restroom without announcing her presence, which was uncomfortable and could have been problematic as my friend could have been getting dressed at the time. Overall, I expected a better experience from a hotel line such as the Westin. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving your services for future guests. Best regards,

My husband and I were gifted a spa session by my best friend and her husband. It was an experience that far exceeded our expectations. Our masseuse provided us with phenomenal services. Karen was professional, polite, and excellent in her delivery. I truly hope that Westin recognizes the genuine abilities in this employee and her valuable representation of the establishment!

So sad to leave this review but I have provided feedback recently to no avail. I have frequented this spa for 2 years as a Nashvillian and loved it in the past- bring my staff for a holiday gift and friends. Karen- former director- KNEW how to curate the optimal client experience. Every touch every detail…. Mimosa, locker ready with your slipper size, favorite products ready for use, everything. Then there was a leadership change and all the customer service and customer experiences went away. The small details, even the incredible oils they let you pick from for your steam water when you are face down, not there now, the replacement is terrible and the hot stones are now an add on instead of standard— it’s just another luxury gone. Yet the prices are the same if not a little higher! I have done the legwork around town and there are some wonderful spas but I chose this one because of the customer service and the ATTENTION TO DETAIL… though all of that is just GONE now in effort to “save money” and they have gone to a bare bones staff—- if the need to save money meant taking away things that set you apart as a spa— you’ve gone the wrong way — because now it’s just a place to get a massage—- (and Karen and Natalie are outstanding!!!) As much as I love them and have loved this oasis in the past- I won’t be returning or recommending anymore. It’s just not the same and in fact, the new manager I have experienced her as rude and uncaring. I miss the details- this was my special spot for almost 2 years. I hope for the best to you all though! I think the Westin needs to look at the consistent reviews and dial in— know the pulse of your business!!

I’m writing this review as a frequent guest of Bonvoy hotels. My husband holds platinum status with Bonvoy, so we often choose their properties for our stays. Recently, my girlfriends and I visited Nashville and opted for a day at the Spa at Rhapsody. When booking, I asked about ordering a bottle of champagne and was told mimosas would be included. However, upon arrival, we were informed this was no longer the case, which was a bit disappointing as I had checked beforehand. Following our treatments, one of my friends expressed dissatisfaction with her massage, as it didn't match the description she was given when scheduling. It's puzzling, as the other two of us who booked the same treatment had a consistent and expected experience. Additionally, I observed an empty conditioner bottle in one of the showers/steam rooms. There also weren't enough water stations, and the cups provided were too small. Bringing your own water bottle is advisable. Despite these issues, the actual services we received were excellent. However, there is certainly room for improvement in the overall experience. While I understand Nashville may not be synonymous with spa destinations, I had hoped for better from Westin, which is typically one of my top choices.

this pkace is so overrated. please don’t waste your money.. my mother’s Day massage was a 3 out of 10….the the massage therapist was tired. the place was dirty.. floor was over flooded with trash.. never going back

Previously had facial here which the facial was great, good experience. Fast forward several months to book again and the receptionist was very rude, not accommodating in the least. Very disappointed, ended up not booking.

Absolutely incredible spa. Many more amenities than other hotel spas (sauna, steam showers, etc. Incredible massage therapists. I’ve been many times and never had a less than a 5 star experience.

I didn't experience the spa. This review is only pertaining to the front desk. I'm 6 months pregnant and had work meetings up until 11:30. I booked a 12:00 appointment while staying at the hotel. I'm a little brain foggy right now, and this is completely my fault but I thought I had booked the spa at 12:30. The front desk person left a voicemail at 11:53 threatening to cancel my appointment. I then get two calls to my hotel room (at 11:55am) so I answer. I had just gotten lunch, and the lady... I believe her name was Karen was being extremely rude asking where I was. I apologized and said I was so sorry I thought the appointment was at 12:30. I asked if I could move it to 12:15 so I could eat and change really quick, and she said that was fine. We hung up. She called right back and told me they couldn't do that, the massage therapist "wasn't getting paid to sit there" (an extra 5 minutes at this point). I asked if I could reschedule and she said no and that she was about to mark me as a no show and charge me full price. I said okay please give me 5 minutes and I'll be right down. She said the massage therapist has to leave to get her child and didn't have time to wait for me. This is when I lost it... I'm pregnant so I have all the empathy in the world for this. I don't want to be a burden to anyone. But the tone that was used with me, the blatant rudeness, the continuous threats from being at this point 5 minutes passed my appointment time while I was in the hotel was unlike anything I've ever experienced from a spa that is supposed to help you relax. I booked a mother to be massage that I was really looking forward to. But at that point why would I want a massage from a place that is treating me like this? Following another threat to cancel, I just told them "fine, charge me full price" and I didn't show up. I acknowledge the appointment mix-up was my fault but the service that I experienced here today really upset me. Not only were they not accommodating at all, but they were aggressive and really nasty over the phone. It takes a lot to get me worked up, and to snap but this place did it. I had to hang up as she was saying "ma'am, ma'am, ma'am"... needless to say don't come here unless you're prepared to be 15 minutes early or else you'll get the wrath of the front desk! And definitely don't show up 5 minutes late or they'll cancel your appointment and charge you full price.

I have been to Rhapsody several times, and it’s been consistently such a wonderful experience! The staff are very professional and attentive. The space is luxurious and so conducive for relaxation. I’ve had several excellent massages with Brittany- HIGHLY recommend! The showers with 5 different shower heads is the cherry on top. Plan to stay for at least an hour extra than your actual massage time to allow yourself time to enjoy the showers and relaxation room.

I received the absolute best facial I've ever had by Makenzie. The entire experience was so calming and relaxing. I love the atmosphere in the relaxation lounge. The sauna and steam shower are wonderful. I really cannot say enough good things about my experience and I'll be back.

Inside the Westin Hotel, there is a place of comfort, luxurious pampering and I mean with complimentary champagne, mimosa or bottled water. Rhapsody Spa is the place! Amenities include a steam room, 4-direction shower/steam shower. If you're looking for a wonderful treat, then treat yourself to this Spa, you'll thank me later.

Lovely experience at Rhapsody! With the weather changing I really wanted a fall facial to make sure I got ahead of the dryness this season brings! I came in a little early so I could enjoy the facilities before the service. The steam shower was SO refreshing. Then I headed to the relaxation room to lounge around and get comfy before my facial. For my service, they asked alot of questions about my skin and what I was looking for to make sure I had the best experience. My skin has been GLOWING from the facial and I will definitely be returning to this spa!

My husband and I are here for the weekend and decided to stop by the spa to see if they had time to work us in. I had an amazing facial with Makenzie and my husband had a manicure and pedicure with Shay. Both ladies were great. We will definitely book again.

Something happened to this spa since my last visit. It used to be so well run and the experience was so soothing. Now there’s a tension in the air, the locker rooms are a mess and the relaxation area has changed completely. Everything seems so rushed with little attention given to clients. It didn’t used to be this way. Please change it back to the way it was.

Very middle of the road amenities but you’ll pay top dollar. Spent almost $500 for my wife and I to get a 50 minute massage and have access to their full amenities Granted it was very cold outside the day we were there, but their “relaxation room” was freezing and we had to bundle up in their blankets and had a hard time truly relaxing. The massage was good but nothing to write home about and the room was at most 65 degrees. Everything else was very basic and don’t understand why their rates are as much as they are. The sauna was fine, locker rooms no better than my gym I go to. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

We paid for two “full” body massages and I’ve had many in my time. It was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had my wife put lotion on that was way better than what they called “full body!” It was truly laughable to the point that I just wanted to get up and leave it was such a waste of time and money. I truly just felt cheated, especially when I seen the charges and gratuity they added. Save your money. I highly recommend you use somebody else if you’re looking for help in therapeutic massage.
