I have been going to Revive Medical Spa for the past 5 months and cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone there. I have an autoimmune condition that causes pain and fatigue issues and was looking of ways to augment my pharmaceutical regimen so I worked with Jayla, the RN there and Dr Les Cole, MD for a functional medicine assessment. Dr Cole is very kind and informative and recommended numerous supplements and dietary changes to help me function at my highest level with my autoimmune disease. Jayla, RN is the consummate professional! As a retired, RN, I was very impressed with her knowledge and professsionalism, nevermind that she is has great IV skills! Whether I need an IV infusion to boost my immunity or something for pain and or nausea, she quickly responds and gets you in and out and on with your day feeling better!

Today was my first visit for IV therapy. I was a little nervous about what to expect, but Jayla was an absolute joy. She was very pleasant and professional and explained things very clearly. I look forward to coming back on a monthly basis. Highly recommend!

Although I asked a lot of questions ( uncertain if right for me), Jayla's kind courteous personality and knowledge of the treatments brought me to ease. Our discussion lead to a customized IV- and yes I felt so much better. 😀 I feel safe and happy coming here to Revive

I used Groupon for the very first time at this med spa for cavitation/radiofrequency therapy. I was three weeks post-op from a mommy makeover. I received around seven treatments as my surgeon recommended. Jayla was always very professional and friendly. The med spa itself was always clean with good aesthetics. I would recommend this med spa to any friends or family. Jayla is a pro with IVs and I would definitely come back here in the future for IV therapies as well.

I’m a fan of IV treatments. Who doesn’t need to hydrate? I travel so much I’ve found it so helpful when I’m run down. I especially like the NAD infusion. It really gives me energy and mental clarity. Revive’s atmosphere is just pleasant and staff is lovely and knowledgeable too.

I went to get an IV infusion from revive a handful of times and each experience has been so great! Jayla is so attentive and caring, she makes you feel so heard and seen! She’s really skilled and made the whole experience painless, I will definitely be returning!!

Jayla and staff took great care of me! My mom and I both felt amazing after our IV vitamin drips. It was painless and actually relaxing. Very kind, thoughtful and professional staff. Will be returning for other services!!

This place is awesome and Kayla is a real gem!! She is very knowledgeable regarding IV infusions and helped my daughter and I decide on which one to get. We both felt so good after getting them. I’m returning for a hormone therapy consultation. Highly recommend!!

Started the NAD treatments with revive and… WOW! Talk about life changing! I’ve had autoimmune issues for my entire adult life. Most weeks, I’m barely functioning… I’ve been asking and begging allopathic doctors for allopathic help for over a decade. NOTHING helps. Everything is just a band aid. I was as I’m sure you are, skeptical. But NAD has changed my life. Im actually functional and feel GOOD for the first time in forever. I’ve forgotten what it feels like to feel normal consistently. But NAD and Revive have done JUST that for me. Thank you Dr Williams. Thank you Jayla. Thank you for giving me the tools to be able to take my life back and be energized and functional for the first time in my adult life. I could not ask for a better team! They actually listen. I went to Revive Medical Spa after being severely dehydrated to get an IV infusion which worked so well I went back the next to finish the job! Jayla was so amazing and upbeat rom the time we first spoke on the phone and through out the whole process which made the whole experience amazing. The office was clean, well managed and Dr. Williams was amazing as well. I would highly recommend! But…Jayla is the best!

Amazing team with fantastic wellness products. I work in healthcare as a therapist for children and am constantly exposed to germ-filled environments which often results in me getting sick with some sort of cold or URI. It is WILD that after I book a Myer’s cocktail with glutathione it’s like I was never sick!!! Seriously, my life saver! Better than any over the counter symptom reducer out there. Definitely worth it. Not to mention, very warm and welcoming environment with yummy snacks ☺️🫶🏻 Client for life! ✨✨

Great experience with this Awesome team! Jayla was very knowledgeable explaining the IV drips and benefits to my health needs. My veins are not easy to get to and she found it right away. She made it a smooth easy process. Katherine did a great job explaining certain therapies that help with certain health conditions. Overall, I give them 10 Stars🌟

WOW!!! This doctors office is amazing. Dr Williams and Dr Cole bring breath back into the practice of pain management. The way they care and do their research on patients is matched by no other doctor in the Tampa Bay Area. This area would only be lucky to open many more offices like this one. Their staff treats people like humans and not burdens on their life or Mercedes in their driveway. If the governor of the state reads this then no one thing. All pain management should be ran like Pinellas pain. Survive
