This was my best massage experience. I traveled to this area feeling very tired and decided to come here for a massage. The therapist’s techniques were exceptionally good, helping me relieve my fatigue and even curing my neck pain. I will definitely come back again.

So for starters im not one to post reviews but litterally i needed to about this place usually i go to orienatl relax btw witch is hands down the best place ever to get a message in dartmouth mall so lets get into it my place was closed and i was in extreme back pain and they told me they dont open back up for two weeks i really needed to relax so i found this place on route 6 figured it wasnt to far and it was convenient so upon arrival after calling the woman there told me she had availablity so i showed up i waited about 15 mins which is fine so now i go in the room she comes in and honestly she was really fast with her massage not relaxing at all I honestly just felt like i was being pushed around on my body she didnt even dive into my knotts i had it was honestly was the most terrible experience then upon leaving she harrased me about a tip i ened up giving her one and she stated isnt this america but honestly Why i was not pleased i was very unhappy giving her a tip she litterally walked away rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed she looked like she wanted to fight me also while being there the place was dirty i didnt even feel comfortable at all but i figured lets give it a shot she was soo rude it was honestly my worst experience ive ever had in my life also harrased me about my feet like i get it im a busy mom dont have funds nor time to be getting my feet done like that I honestly want my money back for the whole service i feel the same way i did when i walked in

Smelled like cat pee...noticed a litter box in other room. Didn't wash or pre-soak my feet. Table was hard and very uncomfortable. When asked if I could lie on my side...women was annoyed and said no. Foot massage was uneven and not same techniques or time on each foot. Left in severe back pain. Was expensive for what I got.

Called and booked for a couples massage for my partner and I. Got to the location and found out they don’t even have couples massages which we were not told on the phone. We were in separate rooms at separate times. I waited 10 minutes for my massage to begin, my partner waited close to 20. Massage was ok, very hard because they use elbows. I had to tell massage therapist to ease up a couple times. My massage therapist would also keep opening the door to talk to customers that came in. I felt uncomfortable lying there undressed with the door cracked open. Afterward, I tried to pay with my card, and unfortunately they only take cash. The staff offered to take my card information and call their other location to run it in Swansea. It wasn’t very comfortable having your card ran over the phone, she even asked for my house number. She asked me what about adding the tip to the card, I told her I have cash for tip. I don’t think it is professional to ask your customers for gratuity. Of course, I tipped her as normal and left. I will not return unfortunately.

Massage was ok but not at all what I was hoping for. Have had back, hip and leg issues. The back was ok but the leg and hip was through my jeans and a blanket. Did not feel much of it.

Great massage my shoulders and neck feel so much better just wish they used a blanket instead of a small towel , felt very exposed other then that there professionalism put me at ease and it was worth it I went in full of aches and pains and I feel so much better

So here is the rub... Obviously not a high end spa. There are leaks in the roof, waiting area couch is covered with an old sheet, a bit moldy, appears to be black mold on the bottom of the bathroom walls. I booked before hand online though received no confirmation. Upon arrival the therapist left her massage, with the door open, to greet me (as she did durring my massage to greet others). I was shown a room and without instructions left me to figure it out. On the ta On the table a sheet so "steryl" paper, a towel and pillow. The room was cold and the table hard. As I waited, I began writting this review in my mind convinced I would be giving this establishment the lowest possible marks. However, the massage dispite interuptions, from her phone, and other clients, and void of modesty was amazing. The technique used though not highly sophisticated was preformed with incredible intuition and percision. Simply put it was a highly effective technique. When checking out to use a credit card she called a second location and provided whomever on the other end with my information. Showing me a photo of a receipt taken at a second location. Weird but the heck with it I feel better.
