My first iv infusion was yesterday morning. It was a very good experience. The staff were friendly and proffessional. The procedure was done with out a hitch. And I definitely have more energy today. 🙂

Had the absolute best morning here today! Every staff member is super nice & made me feel very welcome. I came in for a Restore Day, which included cryotherapy, red light treatment, an hour in the infrared sauna, an IV drip & compression boots. It was so nice to try a bunch of things all at once for my first visit. I figured I’d come away with a favorite service but honestly I enjoyed them all! I’ll definitely be back. (I should also mention that I won a gift certificate at a silent auction for CASA which is what got me in the door for my first visit. It’s even better knowing they support important causes in our community!)

Staff is amazingly friendly and greets everyone by name when they walk through the door! They were very knowledgeable when it came to suggesting treatments for the symptoms I was displaying and their assessments were spot on! I did red light therapy, IV drip and lipo shot and I've felt fantastic all week! I would absolutely go back and recommend them to anyone!

Such a great first experience at Restore today! I arrived in need of hydration after overindulging the night before, and the IV drip changed my day for the better. My nurse, Caela was AMAZING - such a compassionate and caring provider. She is a huge asset to this team and I will be back because of her. Thank you Caela and the Restore team for speeding up my recovery today!

Unethical sales representatives. Signed up for the membership, informed the sales rep I was going to Europe and would need to pause after the first billing… They agreed yet they continue to charge me 😂 don’t sign up here, read the other reviews, there’s better sauna/red light places in st Pete for half the price and no weird 3 month commitments.

Caution to anyone looking at memberships and putting a card on file at Restore: I stopped my membership due to travel and they reactivated my membership without my consent. I caught it on my statement and reached out to the manager Kendall but was told I would not get a refund and they could not provide me a copy of the contract. I am not sure how they can get away with fraudulently reactivating memberships without consent. Beware of putting your card on file.

I can’t say enough great things about Restore. I’ve been to the one in Seminole and this was my first time at 4th street. I had a terrible stomach bug and was super dehydrated. They were able to get me in last minute for a bag of fluids and were so kind to me and they took great care of me. I would highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of getting a cryoskin facial with Amanda, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is an incredibly talented esthetician who truly knows her craft. From the moment I walked into her spa, I felt welcomed and at ease. Amanda took the time to understand my skincare goals and concerns, and she tailored the treatment to meet my specific needs. The cryoskin facial itself was amazing. My skin felt tighter, smoother, and more radiant after just one session.

I signed up for an expensive package of hyperbaric because they told me prices were increasing, i told them i was moving out of the area an may not return, they put my account on hold and told me i would get a refund if i ended up not coming back -- when i called later it was under new management, all the kids that worked there are gone, and nobody ever heard of offering refunds it was a nice place when i did go, but it was ran by a bunch of kids and was very sloppy and unorganized - but the manager Brian was a nice guy, most employees here had part time jobs so it was very unorganized inefficient, and slow - my appointments should take 45 mins if they were on point, and most days i would spend twice that amount of time because they would have to "get the equipment ready" which shouldve already been done Go elsewhere if you can !! NOT recomended !!

WARNING! Restore St Pete started my membership again without my consent and this happened to others as well. When we asked for a refund Kendall Greenwood said no because of a change in management. We asked for a copy of our contract and no response that was 2 weeks ago. The way this manner was handled was not only unprofessional but criminal. BE CAREFUL!

We are long time members and have been coming here for our drip of the month for almost 2 years. The staff treats us like family, especially Danielle, Matt and Lauren. They are the best nurses ever and make us feel super comfortable each and every time.
