Overall happy with the services at this location. Facility is clean, well set up and environment is relaxing. A lot of really good health and wellness services. Convenie t location. Would like to see more consistency in the staff, seems it is always changing.

As my first experience, it went great. All the staff were wonderful and accommodating, helpful to figure out my IV drip and was able to try compression and red light therapy as well. I’ll definitely be back!

From my first visit, I felt so welcomed. Staff is super friendly and professional. I purchased a membership and especially love the infrared sauna and the IV therapy. Highly recommend!!

Love this place! Been coming here for a few months and I am very happy. The services work well and the staff is amazing. I look forward to my visits every week. For me, recovery is just as important as exercise and Restore is all about that. It is well worth the investment.

The BEST facial I have had. The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns before customizing the treatment. The shoulder and facial massage...So relaxing. I left Restore feeling refreshed, with my skin looking visibly brighter. Highly recommend!

Always very clean. Staff is kind and helpful. I'd personally recommend the whole body cryo and infrared sauna. It's worth signing up for one of their plans. I'd absolutely recommend taking a visit to Restore!

This is an updated review of Restore McCandless. My review is only applicable to this location. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone I know or friends. The services that they offer are good services and it is a good concept. However, it is a poorly and I mean poorly managed business. The business hours of operation are not for people that work a 9 to 5 job. They offer IV’s with supplements but they do not often have a nurse working. The front desk is poorly trained and often do not know or understand about the memberships or services offered. I decided to end my membership after my last frustrated visit when I asked to freeze my account and one employee told me I could not use my credits while account is frozen. These are credits that I paid for. Then, another employee said I could. They argued and one said that owners do not want to allow use of credits when account is frozen. So I cancelled my membership. Bottomline, management is bad and needs major improvement. They started going downhill a year ago.

I had a great experience! I went to get an IV after having the stomach flu & my nurse was extremely helpful in talking me through the best things to add to my drip based on my needs. I highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future. It was so cozy in there I almost fell asleep, they have comfy loungers and blankets you can use as well

I had the pleasure of meeting the nice staff with my first Cryotherapy. Cara, guided me through the process,answered my questions, and picked the greatest song to listen while enduring the 3 min cold. The cold made me feel energerized,clear headed and provided good energy. Great job Cara!!! I am looking forward to my next visit.

I tried cryotherapy for the first time. I am not one that likes to be cold but I felt really good (no joint pain) for days afterwards. The establishment is also very clean.

My son plays football and he goes in for leg compressions and also the ice bath I call it lol however both got him back on track I Recommend this place for sport Athletes

Went to an event that offered trying some wellness services at this locale and opted to have my hubby try the hyperbaric oxygen treatment for recent knee surgery. The staff were lovely and helpful. Sure beats spending $ on fast food or other unhealthy things. Can’t vouch for the evidence based accuracy of all the treatment claims but it’s certainly worth a try! Give it a look!
