I love the Neveskin (AKA: Cryoskin) facials! I love Chloe, Aesthestician! Nicole and Hailey, RN's: also amazing, warm, welcoming, calming, and knowledgable. I came to Restore to see how these services could help me with resolving the mold toxicity in my body. I was educated to cryoskin facials and tried one with a groupon. Best choice! I started with 5 sessions after the groupon trial experience and then bought 2 more which i completed over a 3 month period with absolutely positive results. I wish I took photos because it truly has been effective. Chloe begins with setting the tone when you receive a facial from her; She ensures the sounds, lighting and temperature are appropriate. She provides a safe space to sit in your own thoughts or choose to engage with her. Chloe performs a soothing cleanse, "freeze" and hydration in a gentle, calming manner which is what I want when i am getting a facial. Thank you so much to Chloe (and the team), I appreciate you.

Melissa M was AH-MAZING and made my first visit enjoyable and wanting more. She is very knowledgeable of the services and products and is very nice to chat with. She made such an impression that I wanted to write a review at how good she was at her job. Tyler the GM, very friendly, welcoming and very pleasant to talk with. He gave me his personal experiences with some of the services and did not push me to purchase products or services which was greatly appreciated. Because of my experience, I will find a way to get back and enjoy what they offer, I am a believer in what they offer.

I have been a member at restore hyper wellness for a few months now in a different state, and I had never been to a specific location in florida. I gotta say they accommodated my every need with a wonderful attitude. They truly took good care of me and was attentive the entire time. I don't know her name but the nurse who did my iv drip was one of the friendliest nurses I'd ever met and I just had a really nice experience over all. Every time I go to Florida for a vacation, I definitely will be back.

I was super excited to check this place out it was a bad decision. The staff seemed nice at first. I signed up for a 3 month. The first month 99.00 with 8 sessions. Then the price was 160 for 8 sessions. My first month they double charged my cc. It took 4 weeks to get my refund. They never even notified me. The next issue I had was they were not being honest about how many sessions I had. I would walk out asking and when I returned my sessions would be gone. Please make sure you ask when you get in and before you leave because this company is definitely making their money and not fulfilling the sessions. I have lost at least 7 sessions, and the manager was trying to leverage my session if I would resign with them. I gave Restore the benefit but it's definitely a scam. Please check your sessions!!!

Incredible experience! I had my first facial with Melissa Manz and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The entire experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. Melissa was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. My skin has never looked better! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. She analyzed my skin, personalized my service and addressed my concerns. Highly recommend to anyone seeking top-notch skincare services!

Visited for the first time today for a leg/arm compression session. Excellent customer service! Clean & comfortable environment. Nick and the rest of the team were attentive and welcoming. Learned about their other services without any uncomfortable sales pressure. Great environment. I'll be back!

I love the cryo technology facial, as is not evasive and works great! I can be confident in that their technicians are licensed estheticians and trained thoroughly. Pamela Harris is very skilled and makes certain you have a spa like experience during her sessions. The App is easy to schedule appointments.

I’m a new member and am enjoying myself tremendously with each new service I try! The staff is so nice and considerate- very low key and low pressure. I have done the infrared sauna, the cryotherapy chamber (twice), the compression for legs (twice), and received a B Complex shot. The hyperbaric booth is next to try. I feel fabulous and sleep even better with each cryo treatment so far.

Booked an appointment for the same day and i was amazed of the upscale costumer service provided by the team at the clearwater location. I end up getting the membership due to the amazing wellness treatments they have available. I got an IV and i feel awesome!

I came in and did my first cryotherapy session and IV with Nicole. I had the best experience and I am petrified of needles. She made me feel so comfortable and answered my thousands of questions that I had like a champ. I will definitely be coming back! I feel FANTASTIC.

The sauna was great however my session started late. Then the person rushed me out, so it left a sour taste. I will not be back to this location. I had more pleasant experience at a different Restore location.

At the end of last year my PVC’s (heart condition) starting flaring up, desperate to find a solution since doctors don’t care or only know medication, I searched for a wellness place. There’s a place in this plaza that I had went to first but they were closed and I’m so happy they were! The moment I stepped into this location the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I started with an IV but they were quick to show me the rest of the services they offered (without being pushy which I appreciate.) I ended up working with Nicole a lot. She made me feel comfortable trying new things and that she genuinely cared about my wellness. I felt like I had known these people forever and the more I went the closer we became. It took approximately 2 visits before I became a member and I started calling and making sure my favorite nurse Nicole is there before I come in. (I’m a 1 nurse kind of girl) Nicole is so friendly, so knowledgeable, and overall a highlight of each day I come in. I would give this girl a kidney if she needed it. If you’re looking for a wellness place, give this one a try and ask for Nicole.

I would love to share my experience at the Restore, Hyper wellness center. I did the IV drip and leg compressions. I felt very relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I truly left feeling restored, not to make a joke, it’s a true feeling! What a great overall experience with excellent staff, great attention to detail. Everyone is very helpful in making sure my experience and everyone else’s the best that it can be. I highly recommend visiting soon and feeling great!!

Restore was a very good experience. The hydrofacial was thorough and very relaxing. Kennedy was professional and explained all the steps. I was new to red light therapy but will definitely be trying it.
