A few days ago i had a wonderful colon hydrotherapy session with Loty! She got me in last minute, was personable professional and fun, and was a well of knowledge around the colon, body, and cleansing. Highly recommend. I aim to do seasonal colon hydrocleanses as I’ve found them incredibly valuable and essential!

Loty has helped me tremendously with my chronic digestive issues. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and the entire experience is very pleasant. When one thinks of colon hydrotherapy, they think about pain, smell, uncomfortable feelings, and it is the opposite with Loty. I highly recommend Loty for colon hydrotherapy at Renu Wellness Spa.

Phil is the best acupuncturist! He has incredible knowledge about the body and has helped me heal from knee and back pain in just a few sessions. You can tell he has passion for his job and is always willing to teach and explain the techniques he is using.

I’m a 6’3”, 40 year old plumber. Every now and then I get pretty jammed up. A couple years ago I had shoulder surgery and my doctors sent me to Dr. Peter to get some chiropractic treatments. I haven’t been able to find a good chiropractor for a while until then. Peter has what it takes to get the job done. To top it off he’s a great guy to shoot the breeze with and it makes the visits a great experience! I 10/10 recommend going here for any type of chiropractic needs! Thanks Peter!

I highly recommend upgrading your health and getting a colonic or one of the many other services that Renu offers! Amanda is very skilled and has a practical and intuitive - body knows best - approach which I really appreciate so much! The entire experience from start to finish was comfortable and peaceful as she has created such a beautiful sanctuary to enter into! Im so grateful for this place, a safe haven I can come to recharge so that I can continue to show up in my life and my business at my best. Amanda is a healer in every sense, she is highly knowledgable in a variety of different areas which is always very helpful and assuring but even more assuring than her knowledge is her being. She is a healer. Her presence is healing, everytime I leave being in a session i leave with a more relaxed nervous system, ease in my body and connection to my heart! Such a spa! It’s clean, I loved my treatment with Amanda which I attribute to helping me fight off a cold. I felt so much better after seeing her! And, the location is easy to get up with plenty of parking!

Great experience. I had several sessions along with ozone therapy and infrared red sauna. She also advised me on a simple liver cleanse. In just a small time I felt lighter, more clear and had more energy!

I have had many issues with my health including pretty intense digestive problems for years. I went to see Amanda through advice from friends in the Encinitas area. I've been to several different types of doctors for years without any long-lasting results. After doing a colonic protocol along with several sessions at her home clinic to address other issues, I am ecstatic to say that my health is back and I feel like new again!
