Andrea is amazing! Love seeing her for all my facials. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she's super friendly and kind! Every time I come in I leave with my skin looking SO good. Also, super knowledgeable on products and has helped me achieve great skin! :) Debbie is also amazing for botox/fillers. Her work is super natural (which I love!) and she listens to exactly what you want! Also, very friendly and personable. :)

The HydraFacial was so relaxing and moisturizing. I could not believe how good my skin looked and felt afterwards! I highly recommend Renewal Skin Spa for any skin care need. All of the staff I have met since starting treatment many months ago has been friendly and professional. I see Cate O'Connor for laser hair removal, and it has been life-changing. I drive 2 hours one way, because I trust her knowledge, expertise, skillset, and care.

I’ve been coming to Renewal Skin Spa for regular facials with Liv to treat my acne-prone skin, and I honestly can’t say enough good things! After facing persistent breakouts recently, finding a place/esthetician that truly understands and addresses my skin’s needs has been nothing short of transformative. The estheticians here are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to explain what’s going on with my skin and how to best treat it. Each treatment is tailored specifically to my skin’s current condition, and I’ve noticed such a huge improvement since I started my treatments. My breakouts have decreased significantly, and my skin is clearer and more balanced than it’s ever been. I really appreciate how gentle and effective the treatments are. They never use harsh methods, but I still see amazing results. Plus, the spa atmosphere is so calming—everything from the environment to the service makes it feel like a true escape while giving my skin the care it needs. They were incredibly kind and supportive throughout the entire process. During the consultation and treatment, I never once felt judged or uncomfortable. I even shared some scars that I typically feel very self-conscious about, and they handled it with such compassion and professionalism that I felt completely at ease. Would highly recommend and will be going back.

I’ve been a loyal client at Renewal Skin Spa for years, and my experience has always been outstanding! Cate, whom I've seen consistently, is incredible — her expertise, professionalism, and genuine care have made me feel confident and well-cared for. Recently, I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Bridgette and Andrea, and they've been fantastic as well. For years, I’ve trusted them with my Botox treatments and have always been thrilled with the results. Recently, I decided to go for a full face makeover, including Sculptra, filler, Botox and BBL with Moxi laser treatments. The results have been amazing! The changes are subtle enough that most people don’t notice, but I do. My skin looks and feels younger, softer, and more supple — and the best part is, I no longer feel the need to wear makeup! Before these treatments, my skin felt dry and saggy, but now it feels completely rejuvenated — and still like me. To my surprise, even my age spots have nearly disappeared! I also have to mention the SkinBetter products Andrea recommended. I started using them before any treatments, and I was blown away by the difference they made! The Face Reality program is amazing and Alivia and Bonnie were incredibly helpful to my daughter as she underwent the series of treatment. She went from having severe acne to clear skin and we are incredibly thankful for their knowledge, extra assistance and e-mail check ins. I cannot recommend them enough!

My visits are for eye brow micro blading, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail and professionalism is always top-notch. Mari is amazing – she takes the time to understand exactly what I want and makes sure I feel comfortable every step of the way. I came here desperate and so low in my self esteem because of my adult acne. I had tried everything and was at a loss, this was my last option before I considered accutane which was my very last resort. Liv and the acne bootcamp program has been nothing short of a miracle. Liv has given me my confidence back and so much more, her and the program are worth every single penny. 6 months later my skin is glowing, smooth, and CLEAR. I will forever be grateful for Liv!

I love coming to Renewal Skin Spa! I had a facial the other day with Alivia and not only did I have a great time, my skin feels so much better. She was great with helping me understand some of main concerns as well as recommending a few products. She was sure to suggest things that suited my lifestyle, budget, and goals. I will definitely be coming back! I have also had experiences with many of the other providers and I can say they give outstanding care all the way around.

I've been so happy with the services I've received from Alivia and this keeps me returning! She easily explains any treatment as we go along and also explains why she chooses one option over another for me. She surprised me in the beginning with her total understanding of my "mature" skin. I made the wrong assumption that she would probably only work with 20-40 year olds, but she is a master with all ages. If you are considering a facial or a peel or any other skin improvement plan, call for a consultation and ask to be seen by Liv!

I’ve searched for a new injector since relocating from Chicago 3 years ago & found the gem of the city, Cate. Cate has done magical things to my skin that I didn’t even know were possible!! Not only is she the absolute best at Botox, her heart is so kind, and her presence is incredibly calming. She has never made me feel rushed, she explains everything she’s going to do, throughly, and she makes me laugh my entire appointment! I cannot recommend Renewal Skin Spa enough. I have struggled with acne for as long as I can remember and just thought I’d struggle my whole life with “adult acne”, until I was recommended to see Bonnie (Cascade location) by a good friend of mine. I went through the “acne boot camp” and remain on the Face Reality products and I could cry with how happy and confident I am with my skin. It is 100% with the investment if you’re one who is struggling with acne and have tried all the things (I.e. Accutane, spironolactone, tretinoin, etc). Can’t rave enough about this place!

I had a facial with Liv before my wedding and think it was one of the best choices I made! My skin can be prone to breakouts due to seasons and stress and obviously wanted to look my wedding best! Liv did a custom facial and made recommendations to prep my skin leading up to the wedding, recommendations for the night before and morning off. My skin was BRIGHTS and GLOWING naturally and I couldn’t be happier!

I was just in for a skin consult with Camille. She was brilliant! From walking me through my skin concerns and needs to explaining the science behind skin care, this girl does it all. She has helped me with my skin care journey way before this consult and has aged my skin backwards by 5 YEARS! The spa itself is very nice and calming.

I went in a couple weeks ago for a skin consultation with Camille! I don’t have terrible skin, but not the best, and I couldn’t find any products that were working on my skin as far as the dryness I was having. I am absolutely in love with the products I have now from renewal skin spa. My skin feels hydrated and happy! Camille is seriously the best and I am so amazed with my results. The ultherapy treatment Cate performed on me is not approved by the FDA. The language is manipulative because it’s “cleared” but it’s not APPROVED, and there is a huge difference. She and Debbie sold it to me saying it would “stimulate collagen”, which it absolutely did NOT do. Cate heated the machine to 150 degrees and punctured my skin on my face and neck with it over and over and over. Fat cells get destroyed at 110 degrees. She claimed she was going “under the fat” which she had no way of confirming via ultrasound. The procedure caused tissue damage and substantial fat loss, which they then tried to blame on me being a runner. I will not be back.
