After experiencing some shoulder pain and soreness, I booked an appointment at Renewal Massage Studio. It had been recommended to me before, but I never seemed to find the time to go between work, weekend plans, family, and a toddler. Driving to my visit, I felt rushed and anxious about the day, but immediately felt a sense of calm after walking in, being greeted by name, and settling in. My shoulder pain was addressed and considered throughout the entire session, where I felt relaxed, taken care of, and recovered from the pain. I would give 6 stars, or even more, if I could! Definitely planning on going back!

Crystal is absolutely amazing. Best massage ever. I left speechless. I could not recommend seeing her enough. Overall, the spa itself was also great. Melissa in the front was so friendly and kind. Immediately makes you feel comfortable. Going into my wedding weekend more relaxed than I thought possible!!

EDITED!!!! Management reached out after my experience and wanted to make it right, or at least the opportunity to do so. I agreed to go back in. OMG!!! Probably one of the best massages I have had in the Upstate!!! I am so glad I gave them another chance. Original Review The spa is very nice and calming and the staff is very nice. That’s sadly where it ends. This was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. The therapist yawned loudly the entire time. She spent more time on my right calf than anywhere else. Her draping skills were terrible. My thighs were not touched at all. She sat on a chair the entire time so I kept hearing the chair roll around. I added on the foot scrub which was done as an afterthought. I had high hopes for this place because it is very close to home but it was a huge disappointment.

I love Renewal Massage, I have been going there for a few years now. Crystal and her team are wonderful. I immediately feel relaxed just walking in the door. I love how personal everything is. They make you feel so special. They have lots of different options depending on your time or budget. Which is awesome because there is literally something for everyone. They also have a yummy line of bath bombs! The lemongrass is my favorite 😍

The atmosphere is very calming and peaceful. Brittany is a wonderful massage therapist! Beau is very kind and made the experience so comfortable. I felt so welcomed, as soon as I stepped in they greeted me by name. No awkward silence or forced conversation like I’ve experienced at other places, nothing but pure relaxation.

Went here for my first time with them. I usually get massages once a month and tried them loved it. Staff is friendly, Crystal was confident and knowledgeable and spoke highly of the other staff members. I will be returning to try them all!

Absolute best massage I've ever had in my life. And I've tried the large fancy chains as well as massage envy. They don't compare. The ambiance is well done. It's relaxing, quiet, and peaceful all throughout the office. They have heating pads on the beds which make the difference! Little details added made the whole experience better. Will be getting a subscription here for sure

I had my monthly massage with newest massage therapist Brittney! She was super awesome and did some combo stretches on my arms and legs and neck which made all the difference! The head and scalp massage were perfect to end my massage time. I could have laid on her table all day!

As soon as I walked in the door, before I could even say Hi, the owner, I believe said “you must be Noel”. I felt so welcomed. The facility was very clean, quiet, and very calming. This was my second massage ever & my first time here, but it definitely won’t be my last. I came home and told my fiancé, I wish I could have brought her home with me lol. Brittany did an amazing job. She was very professional, super nice, and her hands were everything! She felt the tension in my shoulder & recommended hot stones next time, and I will take her up on that next time. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.

I absolutely love Renewal! All the therapists are knowledgeable and caring. The studio is beautiful, serene, and spotless! They have a great loyalty program and awesome Black Friday sales. It doesn’t hurt that it’s so close to downtown Simpsonville so a relaxing post massage adult beverage is only a hop skip and a jump down the road.
