Life saving things happen here. Your mind, body, and soul will feel rejuvenated when you leave. I've been going for a few years I feel like it. It is a huge help with my IBS-C. I don't take any medication for it and just regularly come here. I have the best conversations, restful atmosphere, and tea. Best part of my self care routine. So, my first time having a colonic, probably wasn't so nervous due to the outstanding reviews and the 8 colonoscopies that I've been through. This was outstanding. I left feeling light on my feet and without the pain and bloat I showed up with. I suffer from IBS and occasionally OIC (which was the case this last week). That's a dual whammy that's no fun. Why I wouldn't be surprised if I was 20 lbs lighter! After all everyone alwaays says I'm full of s...... On the technical side, it's a very comfortable room and Star was great to be around and I'm sure she figured out how to treat me right away! Overall I look forward to booking again, and making this a regular part of my health care!

OMG!!! Where do I begin??!! I made it to my appointment early and was welcomed in by Delaca. Very friendly. The energy there was so relaxing. I had my colon hydrotherapy with Genetta. She was definitely like a breath of fresh air. She was sooooo nice. I feel as if I had known her for years. I was a little nervous but she quickly put my mind at ease. I literally forgot that my bum was out. We talked and laughed. She gave me some tips going forward. I would definitely visit again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

WOW! That explains how I feel. As soon as I walked in the doors I felt welcomed. Genetta is a GEM on this earth. She makes you feel instantly at home and like a long time friend. The experience was new but comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and listened very well. I'm on a health journey and for once in my life I felt like someone was on my side and understood; not only that but heard my voice. Thank you Genetta I will be back very soon.

Hi my name is Adrienne and I had an amazing colonic with Genetta! I was welcomed with a smile, educated with ease, and supported in all things related to my journey to health and wellness. After my first session I was absolutely surprised at the results and will soon be completing my third. Release is not the only colon hydrotherapy center in Nashville but in my opinion they are the BEST for me. I waited years to do this, I researched this method and decided to give it a try and I’m absolutely experiencing better GUT health.

I went to Release for the first time today and had an amazing experience. The facility was clean and had a nice energy. Genetta was knowledgeable and very friendly. The procedure was comfortable and I feel wonderful. The pressure that I had on my abdomen is gone! Im going back next week for round two!

Venue The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The space was nice and clean. This was my first time coming here and I look forward to a long relationship with this business. Genetta Moore Genetta was so personable and warm. I loved the entire experience. She makes you feel very comfortable and taken care of. I feel so much better after coming here. She’s very knowledgeable and will give great tips. We had great conversation which made the experience that much better.

Delaca is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about health and nutrition. Through following her health protocols, I feel amazing! She recommended I try a reflexology session. I was sceptical but now I'm a believer in it. I feel balanced now and I will definitely be booking reflexology sessions on a regular basis.

Have never wrote a review on anything but have never felt so compelled to do so! These ladies areAWESOME!!! You can't fake genuine and sincere and they are that! This can be a life changing place or a much needed getaway to recharge,knowledgeable and encouraging,super clean environment &inviting atmosphere. Have had severe brain fog and fatigue,after my first session of colon hydrotherapy felt lighter and more alive the next day but more importantly had the mental clarity to make a decision in life that I had been in the"fog" about for a year,THANK YA'LL!!!highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to better themselves!

I recently went to Release of Nashville and was impressed with the entire experience. I was in from out of town and looking to recharge and recenter myself. Genetta and Delaca were welcoming, warm and funny. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed! Definitely will go again the next time in Nashville!

Release of Nashville, and the owners Delaca and Genetta, are amazing. They are a natural fit to provide these cleansing and healthy services for clients. Not only was I comfortable working with them both, but I was surprisingly relaxed. The experience was gentle, calming and productive. I was very thankful for the time and attention I was given. After several visits I could see and feel awesome results. The procedure was so helpful at allowing me to feel at ease while obtaining a healthier existence. Feelings of being sluggish and bloated were immediately gone and I was left feeling renewed. This is the best and easiest way to feel relief from so much abdominal tension. You would be hard pressed to experience more love and care than what you receive from Genetta and Delaca at Release of Nashville. I don't give recommendations to practitioners often. These ladies deserve it and with our state of modern living, we are in great need of release of the toxicity in our lives in its many forms. Release of Nashville is the place to begin your path to shedding the things you don't need.
