STAPH infection from this salon: I used to be a regular here back in 2021 and stopped going because I moved further away. I remember it being affordable but decent quality. I came about 2 weeks ago with my best friend and had the worst experience. Sloppy work, got cut up multiple times and now I have a staph infection on my nail where I was cut. Now I’m on antibiotics and my physician has told me to report this nail salon to the health department for not maintaining cleanliness. I highly recommend people avoid this place at all costs, their low prices are not worth having to pay $$ for urgent care visits and antibiotics.

Sam did an AMAZING job on my daughter’s BTS nails. She picked out a design from the internet and we showed to him, I was admittedly nervous that was too complex, but he “nailed” it, lol! Really though! Great job!!!

Service here is the worst! I've never had such a bad experience at a salon. Their acrylics were top awful; I got the tech to remove them BEFORE finishing. I will NEVER return!!

These reviews have to be fake. Poor experience overall. If you get the old lady with glasses request someone else. She was beyond lazy and she was rude. She kept hitting my gel nails with the light and when I looked down after she finished there were gashes in my pedicure. When I asked her to fix it she said that's where you hit it. I said, actually you hit me but either way it needs to be fixed. Reluctantly she fixed it. The layers were so thin I could see my natural nail through it and she said, no more fix. Bizarre. She also told me my feet were too much work because I have callus. That's literally why I'm getting a pedicure. Will never come back.

I paid 95 for these nails and pedicure. The least I expected was a good job done, they are poorly made, they are lumpy, she didn't even cut my cuticle and when she was working on my nails she stopped and started working on someone else's and I had to wait. I'm not trying to be mean, but this isn't right.

THE MOST GHETTO SALON TO EVER EXIST! They made me pay for my pedicure beforehand, then refused to paint my toes because they were “closed” so I was FORCED TO PAINT THEM MYSELF! Save yourself the headache and a trip to a better salon the next day! When I first got there, I told them I wanted hard gel. Once they took my old acrylic set off, along with my gel toe polish I was told they didn’t have it, so I planned on going to a salon later on that day. I was under the impression that I’d only be paying for removal/ pedi and didn’t get polish on my toes because I wanted it to match the hard gel at the future salon. Nope, she charged me for an entire manicure. So I told her she would need my nails shaped and painted if she’s going to charge me for that. Reasonable. I clarified that I’d have my toes painted the same color after all, which she agreed to. Then I was told to pay which seems premeditated in retrospect. During my fingernails being painted, the tech kept getting up??? She said they were closed but I could wait to get my toes painted by another tech after her customer was finished (this customer was at the beginning of her pedicure and the lady telling me this was free). Painting my toes would take all of 5 minutes and I wasn’t about to wait another 45 for a whole new pedicure to be completed when my tech was doing nothing but blabbering on the phone during my service. So are you closed or not? I asked the tech telling me this why couldn’t she paint them since she had just finished painting my nails and was free. She told me she was off and was going home, then proceeded to walk away in the middle of me speaking to continue answering her phone that she’d been on during the entirety of my appointment. Mind you, she wasn’t the only free tech! Since none of them were willing to paint my nails after my pedicure as previously discussed, I grabbed the polish and was FORCED TO PAINT THEM MYSELF with damp fingernails! I then had to alter my plans so I could clean up with q-tips at home!! Completely unacceptable! This charge will be disputed! (Zoom on my toes)

Be aware that they nickel and dime you to death. They charge a fee to pay by Credit card. They charge a fee to remove the gel polish so they can do a gel manicure. They charge extra if you pick more then one color, not a design, just color even though it's the same amount of polish. Sub par pedi, massage and paint job. I won't go back.

This place is amazing! A little hidden gem! It's SO clean and pretty inside! My nail tech was so pleasant and lovely to chat with. She was extremely diligent attending to my horribly neglected feet that hadn't had a pedicure since summer...and she did a beautiful job! Magic! I am super happy with my "new' feet! : )

***UPDATE: Filed a complaint with the health dept who then in fact found 16 sanitation violations. It will be updated to the Dept of Health website within 24hrs. Please read it over & think twice before coming here!! Noticed they don’t have individually packaged tools which raises a sanitation concern. The girl that was working on my pedicure was ok. Some of her comments were off putting, a little rough with movements. Also the constant asking for extra services was a bit taxing. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. I haven’t had a pedicure in some time due to my schedule being hectic & just moving to the area, & she damn for sure made that known as she began on my feet. She gave off like she didn’t want to be there, but had just walked in not even 5 mins after we arrived. Overall, I would probably look elsewhere before coming back here. Also, I’d you don’t bring cash there’s a $3.50 non-cash charge…. Edit: left just over an hour ago & the paint is chipping on my toes already. I won’t go back to fix them, I’ll just paint them over myself. Smh

I went in for a pedicure which I really enjoyed. As soon as Amy was finishing up my pedicure she asked me if she wanted to clean up my manicure. I had no polish on and some damage from my previous nail place so I didn’t want to do much to them. I agreed to have her clean up my nails. I should have asked how much but I assumed it wouldn’t be much since I didn’t want any polish on them. When she rang me up she charged me $20 for just cleaning my cuticles. I honestly feel scammed and will never go to this establishment again.

Very clean place. Cozy too. First time there today and Ann did an amazing job and was so sweet. Everyone spoke to me as if they’ve known me there whole life. It’s such a nice place really I felt very welcomed and happy and relaxed the entire time.

Was in town visiting and looked online for nail salons and saw they had really good reviews...just know I was extremely impressed and very satisfied..salon was very clean and welcoming...would definitely recommend
