The healing atmosphere accompanied by soothing music is a natural way to enhance overall physical and mental well being. As more and more people suffer from respiratory and skin issues salt therapy has become an all natural alternative. During sessions, halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical salt to a fine dust that is dispersed into the room for you to inhale. The salt rooms are designed for relaxation so you will want to sit back in our zero-gravity chair and breathe deeply.

Such an amazing find! Very relaxing, yet energizing experience as well as a great opportunity to unplug from technology for 45 mins! The shop and salt room are pristine and so cozy. Meghan is such a sweet, hospitable business owner- this is a one-or-a-kind spot!

Megan provides excellent customer service and the facility is always immaculately clean. The infrared sauna is just amazing as well as the salt therapy. Great gift shop as well!!

What a fantastic experience! I have severe COPD and the Salt Therapy has provided the much needed breakup of mucus attached to my lungs. I am now receiving weekly sessions. Megan is quite the host and makes everyone feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable of the science of Salt Therapy.

My first time experiencing a salt room. My sister friend came to visit and we decided to have a relaxing New Year’s Day and started it off with the salt room. I’ve never had 45 minutes Zoom by! The experience was quite relaxing, and I will definitely revisit. Megan was a great hostess.

So glad to find a Himalayan salt room here in Gainesville! It helps you to feel better while you’re recovering from an upper respiratory situation. So worth it! Very nice people, clean surroundings and an interesting shoppe as well! I learned so much more about salt room therapy that I hadn’t heard about! Calm music in the background and just time to be able to get away from the world. Going again soon!

I absolutely cherish every minute of my time here. 45 minutes of "hidden" (from the world) meditation alone is well worth my trip and then add the benefits of salt therapy. I walk out feeling restored. Love it. The owner is a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend!

It is always a pleasure to visit. They are always so friendly and attentive to my needs. They give great instructions on what we need to do and what to expect. I always find atleast one little treat from the store that I can't live without.

Loved my experience here. I left feeling clear mentally and physically-- it's a great place to just take an hour out of your day and relax. It's also a cute spot in Gainesville for a unique little date. Megan was lovely and made us feel at home with tea and warm neck pillows. We will be back-- what a gem!

Today was a day I treated myself to the salt room. It’s been a long 3 weeks around here and I felt it was time. What a magical session!!! I went after work, totally unplugged, unsettled and seeking a break from the craziness of the work week. I emerged satiated, peaceful, relaxed and surprisingly optimistic. This was the best idea I’d had in a long time!!!! Highly recommend this as part of your End of Week wind-down! Thank you!

This experience has really helped my sinuses! I have horrible allergies, and chronic sinus and ear issues and the salt room helps alleviate congestion and pain. A plus is that it’s very relaxing and a time to myself I rarely get to take otherwise! Other added bonuses are the cute boutique/gift shop and complimentary tea!!!

Please treat yourself to the goodness of Relax Salt Rooms, and of Megan & Mary (owner & the massage therapist)! Had a girls morning with salt room sessions & massages, and it was just what my soul & being needed. (My friend who brought us going regularly!) Megan & Mary have such beautiful energies, the massage was glorious, and the salt room was a safe & calming space to drift away 🧡 Found goodies at the super cute boutique inside. Many thoughtful details. Love the energy, positivity, healing, and goodness this space has & gives to those who come in:) Thank you Mary & Megan! 🫶🏼✨

My first time in a salt room but it was such a relaxing experience....will definitely return for another session. I will say I slept better that night after my salt experience then I have in months!!! And the owner was so knowledgeable....highly recommend it.

Lovely experience, Crystal bowl sound bath in the salt room. It was calming. I felt relaxed the rest of the day.
