I’ve been here a few times and always had a great experience. I just got a 40 min massage and it was more thorough than some 60 min massages I’ve had in the past.

Really great place but make sure you get one of the guys, I'm here on my birthday and the woman hurt me so bad I actually have tears forming in my eyes right now. Considering this was my only birthday plan, I struggle with severe chronic pain, and I have chronic stress in my life surrounding some elderly family members, this is really unacceptable. I always tip 35-45% with the guys, but I think I'll do 20 or 10 today, more sephora money for me for my birthday I guess. To add additional info, there's no way this could have been an accident by the way I was squirming. I have a hunch of why she may have done this, but I don't want to say in case I'm wrong, but my theory is maybe she's seen me here before and... if you know me, IYKYK. She might be bringing personal opinions to work, I don't know. I feel like an idiot giving her leeway and thinking maybe it's not that, though, with the way I was squirming. My hunch is at least strong enough that that's the only reason I'm writing this review, else I'd just think to myself that I hope her skills get better and root for her and whatnot. So the entire 15 min chair massage I was noticeably squirming and going ouch and told her too firm a few times, and during the 90 min foot massage she's barely touching them and looking away disinterested, hasn't touched the heel once, she doesn't do that firm massagey thing at the bottom of the foot like you always get with massages, which is really vital in me managing my chronic pain, that firm on the bottom really loosens things up and there's more tissue to work with there so I just don't get it, the guy next to me is getting the firm bottom thing they always do

I’ve been coming here for a long time. They do a good job with massages. I always try to tip well. I recently got a massage. When I went to pay, I realized I did not have my second wallet because I switched purses. I paid in cash and only had a few bucks left. Since I’m a regular, I said I would bring back more money for a bigger tip. The man gave me the money back - and I put it in the tip jar. He chased after me into a department store. I was so shocked. He handed me back the few dollars I put in the jar - a way of showing he was not satisfied with my tip. Again, I’m a regular and have spent a lot of money at this massage business these past few years. It was absolutely inappropriate for this man to chase after me. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. They lost a long term customer. As a consumer, I’m worn out on all the tips that are expected today. It used to be - tip your waitress for waiting on you - knowing they relied on tips for salary. Again, I’m a good tipper. It seems like business owners are taking advantage of this. They pay low wages to increase their profit - while expecting customers to make up for this. It’s too much. Workers can’t have the expectation that all people tip them - let alone expect a specific amount. A tip is optional not mandatory. One should be grateful for whatever tip they get. To chase after a customer because they didn’t tip enough is unacceptable.

They will welcome you in nicely but kick you out quickly I was going to pay for another service but they was so ready for me to leave and I couldn’t understand why it wasn’t time to close. Also lost my wedding ring in there and why I tried to ask to search they was so quick to say no no no nothing was left. I just found it wired when I ask could I check the trash they told me it was no trash in there location so it make me wonder if they have it. Requested back messages for an hour and I was off the table at 53mins couldn’t really complain about it because we are humans I figured they had got tired

I usually brag on this place. Best foot massages EVER. So today I got my usual, 40 min table massage and 40 min foot. The gentleman kept falling asleep during my massage 😤. Really messed up my massage today. Ididn't say anything but didn't leave the usual tip amount. I live 45mins away and travel here just because they usually are great. I'm giving 3 stars because I will be back to give them another chance.

Massage was so/so meaning had better massages other places as had massages were not "up to par". But main reason I gave only 2 stars was more with the tipping. I did put $2 dollars cash as for 20 minute chair massage no table no feet ect. The gentleman behind the desk yelled out SIR... SIR... as requested more tip. I shake my head no as told verbally. As came to a point the female worker was going around the mall looking for me. For myself I don't respond well for workers who demands more of a tip that was given.

I was seated in the waiting area for about 10 Minutes when two women came up and asked how long the line was. Employee says 20 minutes. They leave and come back 20 minutes later. When they returned, a spot opened up. The employee offered the open spot to one of the women. I protested, pointing out that I had been there first. They ignored me. Then another spot opened up, and they offered it to the other woman again before me. I pointed out again that I had been waiting longer and was frustrated. They ignored me. Now I’m anything but relaxed. Usually the massages are fine, you just never know how you’ll be treated.

I had the most amazing chair massage. The masseuse used just the right amount of pressure and listen when I let him know something was too hard. Highly recommend. Want to come back and get a room massage next!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My wife took our son to get a chair massage. The technicians passed my son up to give a massage to someone who was getting a table massage which was more $$. The other thing that blew our mind was that while waiting for the massage my wife and son were sitting near the tip jar and the manager had the tip jar moved as if they were thieves. What I took from this is this establishment is racist. They think black people are thieves. We left and we will never spend our $$ at this type of racist establishment.

I and my husband have being come here for years, until last month this old ugly looking lady sent me and my kids out as if we’re dogs with no explanation why she sent us out. If you don’t want kids to come in is better you put up a sign that says NO KIDS ALLOWED so you stop embarrassing your customers. We found another place, we will never come back.

I love this place. Every worker is highly skilled with warm, strong hands. Even fifteen minutes of one of their "chair" massages will leave you feeling like a whole new person. It's really the perfect thing to do after traipsing through the mall for a few hours. Or before, if you prefer to be nicely relaxed and supple while you shop rather than after. (Better yet, just split it up and get you a ten minute massage before and after - best of both worlds!) I haven't tried the full lay-down massage - yet - but if it's as good as the chair massages, it'd still be worth it at twice the price!

Did not expect such a great massage from a place in the mall. Better than most of the spa massages I've gotten.
