Had the best facial ever! My husband and I both had hydra facials from Gigi and it was by far the best facial we've ever had. She is super knowledgeable on skin issues and gave many helpful suggestions for improving my skin. Highly recommend!!

I had limited time during my recent stay to get some self-care after a conference to treat myself. My friend and I decided to get our nails done and even though it was the only the go manicure, Virginia did an amazing job with my nails.

I’ve gone a few times to get a massage and services at the relache spa(I’m a mom) so I take my baby with me and they accommodated and give me and my spouse a pass so they can wait for me in the spas pool area unfortunately, my last two bookings this seems to be an issue due to a change of policy therefore they have lost me as a customer and all the fellow mom friends I referred over for some nice quite time.

I’ve been coming here as a local and a guest and everytime it’s excellent service! The amenities are what draw me here over other spas. The esthetic of the relaxation room, the steam room and friendly staff make it feel like the most needed zen den!

Yvonne was my massage therapist. Had such a relaxing time. So glad I took a pause from our conference to take a moment to myself. It was everything I needed. The added service of the scalp treatment smelled and felt marvelous. Also the steam room and lounge area was lovely. I could LIVE in those robes.

I highly recommend this spa I had a truly amazing and relaxing experience! It is very calm and peaceful. Robin was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job of truly deep managing my muscles plus she was super friendly and gave me great info on how to take care of my skin and body moving forward.

Excellent addition to the resort. Weather your going as an individual or a couple the spa has something to offer for you and it’s sure to impress. My wife and I went in for a couples massage after a long flight. Jason and Tayler made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Both were far beyond professional and incredibly skilled masseuses. 10 stars for their team.

Visiting with my fiance on his conference and found I needed to figure out something to do while he worked. Stopped by the spa and was able to be serviced within minutes. Had a 50 minute calming massage + paraffin foot treatment with Tayler, and I can say, almost with certainty, that it was the best massage I have had to date. The spa booking also had several extra goodies such as a complimentary drink of champagne, offered access to the (cold) rain shower, and sauna. 10/10 treatment and decision to spend time here.

Wow what an experience. My future wife and I enjoyed a couples massage with some enhancements. Yvonne and Tillie feel like they have been given custom massages for over 10,000 hours because they have mastered the art. Tillie guided me through enhancement selection like an expert and provided the greatest recovery massage of my life. Do yourself a favor and book a treatment request either Yvonne or Tille.

Gigi is awesome! I've been to the Gaylord a few times for massages, but this was my first time trying a facial. Gigi made sure I felt comfortable with the products and even did a few tests to make sure my skin wouldn't have a negative reaction. I had a great time chatting with Gigi, she's really fun and made the whole experience extra special.

The Relāche spa was an amazing experience. The staff are all friendly from the start. The space is beautiful. I had a complimentary drink and was able to relax and use the steam room prior to my massage. The lounge to wait for your massage is breathtakingly beautiful and very relaxing. Taylor did my 100 minute massage and she did amazing. She was professional and friendly! I loved my experience here! I will be back!
