Very expensive for what it's worth, rolls its eyes when the color doesn't suit and you ask to change it, I'm satisfied with my nails but not at this price.I also think that hygiene needs to be reviewed.

Came in here the other day to get a broken nail fixed they said they could do it and then they said they can’t do long nails😂😂😂😂 do not come here if you’re trying to get long nails

I came in asked if they could do my nails, was told yes and the woman who did my set gave me gel on top of acrylic when I never asked for gel although she was very sweet she kept drilling into my skin and proceeded to put some sort of cleaner she had on a towel over the cuts which caused it to burn I showed her my inspo pic beforehand and she said it was okay to do. Then she tried to get me to pay and out the door without even doing the design. Also my nails look grown out and are already lifting. After she sent me to another lady who was going to do the design. She drilled into my skin as well and my nail lift under the acrylic. She asked if she could just do leopard print on the whole nails instead of doing the French tip I said it was fine but the design look nothing like leopard print she was also very rude and kept sighing seemingly annoyed with me even though she kept hurting me. She then got lint in the polish and painted over it so now there’s lint in my polish. She charged me 80 dollars for the set, said she would “discount” me five dollars but then charged me 2 dollars to use my Apple Pay. I’m very unsatisfied. I’m a highschool student and I work really hard for the money I have so I was really disappointed when that’s what I had to go to school with on the first day. I rarely get my nails done maybe just once a year and this definitely ruined the experience for me

DON'T GO! THEY STOLE MY RING!!! Yesterday I forgot my two rings on the table of the manicure and I call two hours later and oh surprise they just have the not gold ring and the gold ring went away walking to somewhere? Because they "DON'T HAVE" the two of them, extremely weird and not happy for that, the lady was so rude and hang up the call, it's not safe going to a place that they would stole your stuff if you forgot something, you can forget your phone and they would say we don't have it, so sad. I'll need to go again with the police and see the cameras.

This is a very bad place to do yours nails. The persons who work there are means. I ‘am a student I don’t have too much money but I gave them 55$ to do my nails and the next day everything fell off so I ask if they can do it again they tell me no because the person who has the capacities was on vacations. So I wanted to have my money back because I can efford this and they tells me no.

We came in for a Gel - French tip set. Week of graduations and she made time for my niece. She was very thorough, and explained the process of both acrylic and gel. Very nice lady, and busy. Offers complementary drinks,champagne, water, or wine. I would go here again and again. Prices are also reasonable!
