These ladies are the bomb!! I'm always excited to walk through that door. I'm greeted with a smile and wealth of knowledge on any topic of their experitise. I'm always learning with every visit and have fun. The staff is extermely professional and offices are super clean. I strongly recommend this group!

Best medical spa in town. From the owners to the staff. All beautiful people. If that’s not enough they have all the newest technology lasers available that has worked miracles with my prior hair removal woes and rejuvenating my wife’s skin to that of a ms universe beauty queen.

Every time I went, the staff was polite and very welcoming, also the place seems pretty clean and looks nice. I am just really frustrated because I paid a lot of money for laser hair removal and literally after each session my hair was growing like normal and after I was done with my sessions, it was like I never got laser hair removal in the first place. I know it’s not guaranteed permanent hair loss, but it was totally pointless to get because it didn’t do anything at all and it was a lot of money. I’m not so much upset with that although that is highly disappointing because again I paid a lot for that and I have very sensitive skin so it sucks shaving.… But what I am upset about is when I called to talk to them about it they didn’t seem to care and the lady kind of got an attitude when I was telling her that I was not happy. Then she said somebody would call me back to talk to me and nobody ever called back and I have tried to call a few times and get nothing… either no answer at all or no one getting back to me. I’ve never really had issues with them. Like I said they’ve always been so kind and welcoming but it’s very disappointing feeling ignored because I was dissatisfied with the treatment.

I did the 5 treatments for my underarms, absolutely loved it!! Loved it so much I did my legs and a Brazilian and is have same results!! Very little pain at all. Little to no redness. And it is so fast. For any of your spa need this is the place. Great staff and love the atmosphere!! You must check them out!!

I had a great experience here with Brooke a couple years ago. I had Xeomin injections for my wrinkles and the results lasted a long time. I went back again in February and was seen by a different person and my results lasted a month. I contacted them to ask why this happened and they said that COVID can cause a person to have different results and were unwilling to give me anything for the lack of results. They just said I would need to come in sooner for more. The strange thing is that I had Botox/ Xeomin done at another place after I had COVID and never had this issue. I decided to try them once more because they had the soonest opening (now I know why) 2 months ago and again the results didn’t last and didn’t give me the full effect. Long story short, they dilute their products so customers have to come back more often. I am spending $300 for a product that used to last me 6-9 months and is now lasting me 1-2 months. Who can afford to get minimal results and go back that often. The employees are very nice but it’s a rip off! I have now found someone who doesn’t dilute their product and I am happy to go elsewhere that provides expected and lasting results!

To start, they convinced me to do that cool peel after I went in for Botox. I feel like the nurse didn’t know how to use the machine and I saw no noticeable results after a $1500 package(4 treatments). After each visit, 3-4 weeks apart, I kept telling her there have been zero results , but kept being told to wait after the next treatment. I went to another med spa and they explained to me what my results should’ve looked like after 3 treatments. I have been told by former employees that it’s a revolving door and that the nurses aren’t properly trained on the equipment. But that’s not the worst of it. They had my card on file to make monthly payments well back in May when my card was stolen, they never once called me that my payments weren’t going through. I have too much tied to my card to remember everything. every other creditor called me to replace the card on file, except them. I never heard from them once. Plus, I went in for my remaining services and they never once asked me for a new card on file. I was served papers the other day to go to court regarding my balance. I called them after five times trying to get a hold of somebody and I asked to be put back on the payment plan to pay off the remaining balance, and the man told me absolutely not. I had to pay it in full. Wouldn’t even work with me even though they didn’t call me once. Once I called in to pay off the balance he ran my card for $50 more than the balance. Know what you’re getting into before giving this Med spa your business.

I have had an amazing experience every visit. The customer service is incredible and the owners go above and beyond in hiring the best staff and providing the most current treatments. The team takes the time to educate and consult on what will work for your specific needs and skin type with transparency and no judgement. The pricing is fair and the facility is well kept. As someone who travels frequently for work, this business has been extremely accommodating in scheduling treatments. I have had the privilege of working with Kristina for a majority of my services and I cannot shout loud enough how amazing she has been to work with! Thank you Rejuvenation!

If I could give Rejuvenation Med Spa more stars, I would. The whole team is amazing! Regardless of what service you are getting, they educate you before they do anything, they make sure that you are 100% comfortable, and always makes sure that if you have any questions after you leave you understand how to get ahold of someone to answer those questions. I have used this med spa for VI Chemical Peels and IV hydration therapy. Not only will I continue to visit Merrilee and her team for all my med spa needs, I feel comfortable enough with Rejuvenation Med Spa to have my teenage daughter visit and recieve their services as well. Highly recommend to anyone, any age.

Rejuvenation Med Spa isn’t just for women. I had RN Elizabeth perform a laser hair removal on my neck & back. I am so happy with the outcome after only (1) treatment and it comes with (5)! I haven’t had to shave my neck under my beard-line in weeks! It’s always been a sensitive shaving area while leaving me with redness and razor bumps. It was irritated and didn’t look very good, especially in photos. I want to thank Rejuvenation Med Spa and the entire staff. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. It’s not feminine to have awesome lasers shooting at you! Haha!

The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! The Nurse walked me through each step of the laser hair removal and exactly what to expect when getting my back done. After the first treatment I didn’t have any pain or discomfort and began seeing results immediately! I highly recommend going and see this team!
