Procedure warning: I am writing this only to warn others of a specific injection site to stay clear from because of the horrible results I received. I have been to rejuvenate 2 other times and had no problems, which is why I’m not giving a poor star rating despite my last experience. I don’t think the business should be penalized for one mistake. I had asked my injector about adding a little Botox to my chin that dimples when I smile because I read online it can soften it. She injected my chin on the left side, which resulted in a crooked smile. I sent her photos and she got me in right away to even it out. It’s now three days later and I’m having difficulty speaking without the sides of my mouth pulling down. My smile is deformed and I am doing everything I can to activate blood flow so it doesn’t last the 6 months Botox usually lasts for me. If you choose to get any injections in your chin, make sure you find someone who has a lot of experience with it. I followed all protocols and did not doing anything that would cause the Botox to migrate. I’m confident the wrong muscle was injected after reading into it. I added a normal photo for reference

Stacy Mognoni was awesome. She stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. Highly recommend Stacy!!! I had Botox around my eyes a s forehead and Skinvine in my lips. I have smokers lips (have never been a smoker) and the Skinvine worked great. Will definitely go back to Stacy and definitely use the Skinvine filler in my lips !!

I highly recommend everything about Rejuvenate Medi-Spa! For several years, Dr. Jay has provided me with ongoing medical guidance and aging gracefully with good health. The office manager, Amelia, and her staff are professional and friendly. And, the spa treatments are wonderful! If there were more stars to give, I would give them. I had the pleasure of getting filler and Botox done by Stacy Mognoni. I was blown away by the entire experience!! Not only is Stacy an amazing human being, but she is excellent and what she does. The pain level was nothing more than a brief, slight discomfort, I was worried the healing process would make it awkward to go in public but I look entirely normal (only prettier lol), the results are natural and everything I was looking for, she even went out of her way to make sure the active deals were applied to my total and I spent way less than anticipated. She listened to my fears and reassured them, set realistic expectations, she nailed down exactly what I wanted, and took the time to get to know me personally on top of it all. I felt completely safe in this woman’s hands, she is AMAZING! Thank you Stacy!!!

I've been going to Rejuvenate for several years now. I rave about it so much that now all my friends go there! The staff is amazing. Kim is the best injector! She is also the sweetest soul and we all look forward to seeing her. She's so kind. She'll always do a touch up if you aren't 100% happy. Yesterday, I got a BBL/Halo resurfacing by Stacy Mognoni. She is also amazing! she communicated with me via text before and after the procedure, making sure I was well prepared. This morning she texted me to ask how my skin was. She also gave me really good products to use after the procedure. I knew I was in expert hands the whole time. She gave me great numbing cream, too. I was nervous, because Halo can be painful. This time it was not painful at all. Overall, it was a really great experience and I know the results will be just as great! Side note: Stacy has the most amazing skin and gave me the lowdown on all of the products she uses and procedures she does. I want to have skin like hers! Just goes to show that good skin care can keep you looking very young for a very long time. If you don't believe me, go look at Stacy's face. LOL The office is also clean and pleasant...Highly recommend Rejuvenate Medi-Spa & Wellness!

Where do I start? Dr. Jay and his staff are amazing. I have been having a ruff recovery from a surgery and Dr. Jay went above and beyond to help me heal. Every time I go back I feel better than the time before. The hyperbaric chamber was incredible and was recommended to help me heal from the surgery but surprised me by relieving the pressure from my surfers ear in a way I couldn't have imagined. The ivs to diet advice I can not recommend Rejuvenate Med spa enough. Dr. Jay and his staff are not only knowledgeable but caring! Thank you for everything. Nicholas C.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy was an essential part of my son’s quick recovery from a sports related injury. The staff worked quickly to get him in for appointments. They made him feel welcome and at ease. We are so grateful to have the team and treatments at Rejuvenate in our community.

I've been seen now for 10-15 hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments (HBOT) and it's been a game-changer in my recovery process. Even 23 months after a work-related injury (concussion from a small explosion in a lab where I was working), and after all the stress of the workers' compensation system, being denied proper treatment and rehab programs, I began to feel and notice improvement after only a few sessions. I have been fortunate enough to receive chiropractic and craniosacral work, which have helped as well, but the HBOT seems to just deliver what it says on the package: It feels like it's going in deep and cleaning things up, reviving parts of my body I didn't even realize had shut down, and literally breathing new life into my broken brain, powered-down muscles, and troublesome recovery process. I can't speak to the beauty/cosmetic side of the spa because I've never undergone any of that, but see nothing but happy clients coming in and out the doors when I'm there, and the staff are all smiling, friendly, kind people. Dr. Jay really knows his stuff well on the medical side of things, and is an athlete himself, so it's great to receive advice and care from someone who walks the walk. Amelia and her crew on the spa side do such a good job in customer service and growing/maintaining relationships with their clientele. Can't say enough good stuff about this place. And if you're considering HBOT, give them a go!

Ive visited Rejuvenate for the past year on a few occasions. It’s cozy, clean, and has a nice selection of facial type products. During my visits, I’ve been seeing Stacy Mognoni PA-C. She is super knowledgeable, takes the time to explain procedures, puts visitors at ease, and works with me to address aesthetic goals. Rejuvenate offers competitive pricing and frequently offers local promotions (when I miss them I totally beat myself up about it - they’re that good!). I would totally recommend!

Wow. Rejuvenate has quickly become by favorite medi spa around. I used to drive over the hill for treatments but I heard Dr. Jay speak about a treatment at the healthy way and loved his energy. He was super kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Well his staff is a direct reflection of his personality. Honest, genuine and realistic. I first booked an appointment for services with Rejuvenate Medi-Spa about 3 years ago. Throughout the years I have purchased groupons at different med-spas for Botox services. I can not say enough how amazing Rejuvenate medi-Spa is after experiencing other spas. There outstanding customer service can be felt from the time you call to book an appointment with the receptionist all the way to receiving the actual services with their PA's. Stacy Mognoni is AMAZING! She is a true professional when it comes to the work that she does. I have received amazing results every time. I have definitely learned my lesson going else where to try and save a buck. You get what you pay for! I am a forever customer a Rejuvenate. Thank you to all of the amazing staff! This was the best experience! I first saw Kim C for Botox. We discussed my concerns and Kim performed her magic. She suggested I might want to meet with Stacy Mognoni and try some filler to help with concerns I had that Botox can’t fix. Stacy made suggestions promising I would look rested not filled. Stacy is a true artist! She was more than happy to let me move at my own pace! Week one was a little lift in the cheeks! Beautiful!!! Just enough to rejuvenate my face so it didn’t look drawn. A few days later I was back in to fix the marionette lines in the corners of my mouth. I was so thrilled with those results I was back again for a little lip enhancement and to fill lines around my mouth. Everything Stacy did was perfection. I couldn’t have imagined better results! I’m thrilled, my husband loves it and what makes it even nicer is that I now have someone I know I can trust to help me look and feel my best! I can’t say THANK YOU enough. 🥰

Wish I could give more stars! I had my first facial at Rejuvenate with Sarah and it was incredible! Not only does she give a great acne facial with many different corrective masks, extractions, etc., but she is also so knowledgable about skin and skincare in general. I feel confident that she is going to help me get my skin to where I want it to be! Can't wait to come back!
