Had both manicure and pedicure done, and I am not satisfied. Safe to say that I will not be coming back. I only asked for a simple blue nail polish and the man rushed it and did a bad job. Pedicure I would give a 5/10 and manicure 2/10.

I got upset because I had to wait over a hour and the nail tech (Kim) kept leaving from doing my mom nails 💅🏽 and was arching eyebrows the time was horrible so i went to Beautiful Nails on Elvis Presley next door to Jack Pirtles the had plenty of nail techs but they do not do quality work my nails was chipping in two days it was horrible I’m gone keep my mouth closed and stay at Regal Nails they are slow but the quality of work is worth the wait 💅🏽💅🏽💅🏽💅🏽

I use to love going here and get my lashes did by cc, but the last 3 times she messed my lashes up. One eye be cat eye and the other one just have lashes on it. I knew I heard two women saying something about my lashes and laughed Tuesday and I figured it out once i got home. She don’t have a mirror to show u before you leave. She know the lashes wasn’t looking right when she said she was finished. And i always tipp . I don’t know what happened she use to have my lashes on point now she just throws them together so i will find somebody new. She won’t get my business anymore. I hated to write this review but I’m so disappointed in my lashes and this the 3rd time smh

My nails were perfect and service was great I usually get my nails done 2 or 3 times a year based on occasion. My daughter and I went for her sweet 16 and got mani pedis. Peaceful environment and very welcoming although I thought the prices were a little to high for me because I'm just a penny pencher, it was worth every penny! The techs were exceptional.

Today, 10/26, I visited Regal Nails at Southaven Walmart. I was immediately greeted by KIM Who did my Manicure. She was sharp, efficient, caring, paid attention to every detail, and gave one of the best Manicures ever! I've been to RN b4, but Kim was fast, effective and absolutly GREAT. 5 stars to Kim and Regal nails Wal-Mart 💅.

You know when I shared with u before, I gave this place rave reviews but let me tell you what happened this time. My best friend n I went. They spray the chairs, which is what they should do between customers but they didn't dry the chair and what ever chemical they used faded my friend's pants. This man finally addressed the issue and proceeded to debate with her saying they don't use bleach which didn't matter what the chemical was, the fact was it faded her pants. She got a mani pedi and a set of nails so she spent some money there. This man could have gave her 5 or 10 off her bill but he'd rather debate. Needless to say I won't b going back due to the principle of the matter. He could have done a better job of resolving the issue. My friend never raised her voice when speaking to him. Just tried to get him to understand whatever the Chemical was, it didn't agree with the material her pants were made of. She had to go in the store n buy an outfit as we had other stops to make. That's bad business. SMH

I just left this places This is the worst nail place . I paid $133 dollars. Just for my nails to look a hot mess . The guy told me told me my total was $132 dollars . Then we he gave me my receipt it said $133 dollars. I will not be back . They don’t know what they are doing in there. If you are looking for place that does nail designs DON’T come here. My nails are completely messed up. One thing they don’t tell you if you use your debit card or card credit card . They will charge you a dollar. The guy that did my nails going to argue with me and he said that he told me last time . Remind you I have never been to this place a day in my life .

Its an ok place to go if you dont have to be anywhere in a hurry or by certain time. Its ok if you dont mind listening to a women hollar and scream at her kid the whole time shes here telling him he needs to be quiet sit down and dont get up smacking him threatening him by saying shes gonna whoop him when they leave. I mean come people use your brain and realize that a beauty salon and nail salon isnt the place to bring your kids with you cause its not like its gonna be a 20 minute stop and go come on get real

Worst customer service. Went for fill in and toe polish change. After waiting this guy who said he was manager had some one do my toes. He did fill in, which was terrible He kept jumping from me to other cust, ask why, he said he wants cust happy. You need to make sure your cust you are working with, be happy, before you jump to other cust. He did not even have me to wash hands, my fingers are sore. Now. Will. Nver go back.

I went today for my Royal Manicure and Pedicure. I definitely received the Royal Treatment. My experience today was exceptional to say the least. The two ladies that took care of me did a wonderful job. The young lady that usually takes care of me was a sight for sore eyes. Thanks again for redeeming yourselves and providing the awesome service I'm accustom to receiving.
