I had to give 1 star to post this but if I could I would give 0 stars my experience was absolutely terrible the lady did not use the right color and was drying the acrylic with a HAND HELD FAN there was no lamp or anything the paint and design were wrong the whole experience was a waste of time don’t go hear she also cut me 5 times

I popped in just to get my toes polished. Of course I was upsaled, but I didn’t have time so just requested toes polished. The nail tech was not friendly toward me and proceeded to “skip” a step by not applying a base coat. When I corrected her, she said some customers don’t want a base coat, but she never asked if I was “that” customer. Overall, the experience was poor due to the lack of integrity and friendliness…2 stars is being generous and merciful…

Took my daughter so she could sit in the princess chair but nope it was "broken" Wanted to leave right away but my baby wanted her pedicure. The lady was RUDE that worked on me.!!!!! She had a customer come in and she rushed my pedicure. Only massaged my legs for maybe 2 minutes.  She already painted my toes so I told her no feet because the massage would have messed them up. Who's does the polish first??? So I paid $35.00 for a half pedicure with a 2 minute massage!!!! She then asked if I used lotion because my skins horrible! RUDE,RUDE,RUDE!! The one lady that worked on my daughter was very nice. She was older and took her time. I'm glad she was nice because I just kept smiling so my baby would enjoy her time. Never again

Went to the Richmond TX location because it was inside Walmart and I KNEW would be accessible (due to broken ankle.) The gentleman, believe he's owner or manager did my nails (refill & shellac) and I've never been happier. I told him I wanted something "festive" for the holidays and he responded that he'd take care of me. When he was done, I was ELATED!! He'd done a simple double color (raspberry red with a red glitter top) with the ring finger nail being "plain" raspberry red with a hand drawn snowflake. It was simple, but beautiful!!!! Definitely recommend!

I went only cause my husband didn’t want to drive 10 minutes to the one I wanted to go to and I will never go again the man that did my nails made my fingers hurt I had sores on my fingers

THE WORST PLACE EVER!! They said they could do the nails I wanted but at the end they did a totally different look which was really ugly, very pricey, they weren’t even careful, and made me bleed also rude. Never coming to this place again.

I went with my mother in law to get a pedicure and manicure and they people there rushed through the whole process, not only that but they kept changing the prices at first they told me it would be $40 for gel mani and pedi but then they said $35 for a gel pedi and then I asked them what is the price for a regular color and they said $40 for both... when it came to the manicure they did a horrible job, the left the nails streaky, super tacky and very unprofessional. I will NOT be going back

Very disappointed in the outcome of my nails. It took the tech almost 2.5 hours to do my nails. I was the only one in the salon. The matte finish is streaked, several imperfections, and she about sanded through my pinky nail to the point that it started stinging. When I pointed out one of the white specks on my finished nails, she laughed and said “yeah, a little”. I would have requested my nails be removed/redone if I didn’t have another appointment and was leaving town the next morning. I just did not have time to deal with it. I will NOT be back.

Way too expensive for the shity work they did. I got a shellac manicure and it was chipping within the first week of having them done and my cuticles look like they hadn't even been done at all! I want my money back and I will never go there again!

I thought they’re cheap because the tools are not updated and they didn’t really clean my nails but the price is still the same to the other nail salon that do better service. I’m giving 2 stars because the old guy was nice but not really satisfied with their work. Definitely not going back.

If you want clean tools, do not go here. Found out real quick their tools are not sterile and used on everyone's feet without being cleaned each and every time. Not worth catching fungus.

Pheobe is the best out of the family/salon. She gets the 3 stars ✨ 🤘🏾. On the contrary, it’s hard to get an appointment school seasons ... They also have the best prices 🤓 so if I could give a half star ⭐️ I would 😉
