They told me my appointment was at 3:20 over the phone but when we got there they told me my appointment was at 3:15 and after ten minutes they take walk-ins but it had not even been 10 minutes since 3:15 but that doesn’t change the fact they told us it was at 3:20 and that they should’ve told us the right time and the lady was also giving us attitude when we gave nothing but respect to her.

Turn is the best! I love this salon, it's not fancy... But it's great, everyone is nice, it's very convenient, and ALL technicians are skilled. Over the years I've tried many many nail salons and I have to say my technician Tien is the gem 💎 who does my nails best! I like designs but NOT DECALS, so she hand paints my ideas and to keep my magical style. Thank you thank you thank 5 Stars! ✨

Phoebe, one of the owner's, alway's does a great job for me! She listen's to my request's and create's a beautiful set of nail's for me each and every visit. I highly recommend this particular establishment to anyone in need of beautiful nail's.

BEWARE !!! i never had an ingrown or infection till i came here, the guy started to dig in my big toe. it was hard to walk for a few days and i got a nasty infection on my big toe. i had to almost go to urgent care to get it checked and fixed !!

Brought my grandmother here to get acrylic nails removed. Experience was ok. The language barrier was awful. I have no idea what they said to us ever. I also wasn't impressed with how they left her nails after they removed them. My instruction was to remove the fake and clean them up. He removed them and called it good. We patiently waited. When we arrived he said 15 to 20 minutes and we ended up waiting 40 minutes. They charged us $30 to remove them. I was thankful to get them removed as was my grandma but I felt like the experience could have been better. My grandma thought the nail tech was rough with her. I noticed it. Maybe they were mad they were asked to do the removal, I am not sure but he was rough imo as well. Not saying grandma won't return but personally I won't. They had a regular guest that was loud and rude with her topics of conversation as well. Pam approached us as we were leaving and she seemed very kind and easy to understand. I could tell she wanted to help us. Our experience might have been different had we had her the whole time.

Everyone is very sweet. I go to Bob for my pedicures. I would do my nails here, but I can not afford to keep them maintained.

Phoebe is the best . She does my nails, and they turn out perfectly. The salon is clean, and everyone is friendly and helpful. This is the best nail salon, hands down .

The technicians were nice and did a good job. It was very busy. I recommend making an appointment. They were not very fast and were limited on nail color choices.

This is my second time coming to this location with my mom & sister to get our nails done (acrylic full set). LOVE IT, Phoebe is my favorite! Last time she did frog art decals for me & this time she suprised me with gem placement per my request. She is the sweetest ever, I recommend her or Quang (he did my mom's nails & my sister's last time both phenomenal works of art). Thank you Phoebe! 💕💅🏼🌷

Not happy at all. Customer service is bad. Nikki scoffing when I suggest a design I wanted. I ended up not getting it bc I wanted to get out of there. I wanted an acrylic square shape. And this is what she ended up doing. My nails look sloppy NOT REGAL. Such a waste of money and time.

This is my go-to place for nails! The team is amazing, and Baa in particular always goes above and beyond in my pedicures to get everything feeling good and looking good. 100% worth the visit! :)
