Where do I start? This was my 1st time, I came in to soak off my dip powder, get a manicure and pedicure....not gel. My visit took 3 hours because they should have had my nails soaking during my pedicure. The pedicure was the worst I ever experienced!! The guy did my pedicure (I don't know his name). While doing my pedicure he kept looking around the salon and he even stopped once to answer the phone. If he's the security for the place then he needs to stick to that! He did not scrape the dead skin off of my feet and when he attempted to scrub my feet, he put no effort into it. Let's not talk about the polishing. He polishes sideways! He put 3 coats of nail polish on my toes!!! Needless to say the toe polish smudged the next day because they refused to put a fan next to my feet while my nails were getting done. The pedicure was a nightmare! When it was time to get my nails done, it took forever to soak the dip powder off.....why... because they should have been smoking during the horrible pedicure. The technician was very sweet though. After my manicure l had to sit for 40 minutes for my feet and nails to dry. My toenail polish smudged and my the nail polish chipped the very next day!!!! $85 down the drain!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! the only decent thing was the massage. i asked for a french pedicure with a black french tip. first, he only did one coat and i asked for another one because it wasn’t opaque. after he did that he started doing the tip. it looked horrible. everything about it was horrible. i even asked for square shaped toes and they couldn’t even do that. after i said i didn’t like it he said what do you want me to do. i said just paint my toes black. he did and it still looked horrible. they were going to charge me 58 for the french tips. after painting it a solid color the charge went down to 50. he finished doing the solid black and i asked the manager can i have a discount because i am not satisfied with it, and i have a photo shoot to go to and nails literally look horrible. she told me there’s nothing wrong with it and the cost was 50 dollars. the only discount i got was a student discount that was 10% off so i ended up paying 45. the student discount was one i could get whether i liked the service or not. my bank said they couldn’t dispute the charge because of the merchants policy. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

DO NOT WEAR YOUR RINGS!!!! A few months ago I discovered after leaving the salon my wedding brand was not on my finger. I was wondering why the nail tech kept putting oil and massaging my right hand so much. To myself I said she already did that hand - why is she doing it again. Then she oiled her hands with the same oil they put around your cuticles. She also held my finger out and looked at my brand. We were talking back a forth and I believe she slipped my ring off my finger and that’s the reason for all the oil and lotion.I called and went back to the salon and asked if they could look at there cameras and was told cameras had not worked in two weeks. I also called the police and they were told the same thing. I ask God to forgive me if I am wrong - I have never loss my any of jewelry . Thank God my ring was Insured.

I tried Regal out because my "regular" nail shop was closed. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to get me right in. My nails look amazing. I believe I will be using them from here on out.

LING IS BACK!!! If you are meticulous like me, this is your sign to go here! This is my go to nail salon, Snow or Ling usually provide my services….both are amazing! Family friendly antmos and very welcoming! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!!

Not so happy with all the additional prices (for design, shape, cuticle removal, fixing of 3 nails after 5 days) and the 30 mins wait even though I booked a reservation and was on time for it. Great response time for phone calls and availability. Super sweet and talkative and attentive to details.

I went first thing. My daughter and I got our nails done for her homecoming. Hadn't had mine done in a while. Very friendly. But when choosing something to get done. I found something I really liked and my daughter had a picture reference. Simple enough. According to the pictures on the site, it was something they could do. I chose something on the board on the front desk. Was told that they couldn't do it, so I had to stick with something plain. My daughter wanted just a simple spider web nothing fancy, just something to go with her dress. Was told she couldn't do it. It was a hundred dollars for both. Granted not expensive but don't advertise something that you can't do. Walked out daughter was very disappointed and unhappy. This is why we never get them done, we can never get what we ask for or see.

They squeezed me in last minute. I believe there guys name was Alex that did my nails. I only did the shellac get polish but he did a great job ama took his time since my nails were so damaged from having acrylic.

I went in asking for a design off of pinterest and it wasn't to bad. However, i got my nails and 3 of them came lose and fell off on day 3 of having them. Plus, my design was messy and there were paint globs.

I went to the nail shop on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 and got a full set acrylic. Although my nails looked nice, it sure didn't last. My nail on my thumb broke in half and the rest of them started falling off. When I complaint to the owner, they basically acused me of breaking my own nails, not taking responsibility of the nail technician doing a horrible job. Just know I wouldn't recommend you take a pet there to get any work done on their paws , let alone any of my friends. Don't go to Walmart Salon in Dover you would be disappointed.

I’ve been coming here regularly for years for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. They are the best around and the prices are super reasonable. They have lots of options for nails including acrylic, gel, dip powder, and more. And plenty of extras to make any design you want. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Their pedicures are AMAZING!! It leaves your feet/lower legs feeling SO soft. They are very good at painting nails and their hot stones are amazing. (Btw I had that gash b4)

Came in just for a fast eyebrow wax told me I would have to wait 30 min so ok but now it is almost an hour later and still siting here
