Al-T is the best stylist in middle TN. He is great with ensuring that your hair is healthy, providing beautiful color and fantastic cut jobs. He service is a fun experience and will having you laughing the entire time! The owner Micah is super sweet and will always make you feel welcomed.

I was really nervous about going to Refuge because I couldn't find any reviews, good or bad! Well I had a great experience. I bought a livingsocial, and as a cosmetologist I am always skeptical. They did a wonderful job, and she knew what she was doing! I would go there again in a heartbeat.
