I LOVE Dawn and Refresh. I was so nervous before I started my botox journey. But she sat down with me, went over every detail & her opinion before I made any rash decisions. She is the absolute sweetest & she is WONDERFUL at what she does. Her studio is so welcoming & clean. Before she does or starts any botox during visits, she go over how many units she is wanting to do, & gives you the exact price it will be. The whole experience at first I was so overwhelmed with, until I met Dawn. She is a registered nurse, & she knows what she is doing. I put my all my trust in her when it comes to my botox:) I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. My confidence level has gone up so much since I started this! Thank you so much, Dawn!

Dawn, is a very understanding when it comes to your needs and wants. She's very professional and kind. She will help you figure out the best way to stretch your dollar. She knows all of the different products and what would be best for your skin type. I've worked with her for many years, and would not go to anyone else. Nurse Dawn is amazing..She is very knowledgeable and caring. She explained everything before my procedures. She is well educated / experienced, and it shows! If you are looking for fillers/botox or any other services that Dawn offers, I would highly recommend her. 5 stars

Finding Dawn has been THE find of the year for me! Everyone should know about her! First off, the whole studio has a fun industrial vibe and the employees are warm and welcoming. I have butterfly veins and have never had an experience where someone gets me on the first poke and she has on both times I’ve gotten the IV treatments! The B12 injections are amazing and I’ve already lost weight! Definitely recommend!

Very nice experience. I had an IV Feel Good Meyers IV Cocktail. First time I’ve tried this and I really think this was a good decision for me. Dawn was really nice and so easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend if you are considering.

I had been looking for IV therapy spa due to something called cyclic vomiting syndrome. Because of this illness, I get very dehydrated and sick and the ER is the only place to get an infusion fast but that is expensive and very time consuming. Dawn was able to get me the same day I called and was beyond kind to me and my child. My nausea eased with the Zofran added. I immediately started feeling better. I wish everyone knew how beneficial IV therapy is. Definitely will be returning.
