Highly recommend Refresh Massage, both Andy and Jessica are very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I booked with Andy and he listened to my issue and have since addressed my problem and I’m running at 100%. Hands down best massage. Looking forward to returning!!

I recently had a session with Jessica and it was one of the most effective deep tissue massages I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked into Refresh Massage & Bodywork’s, she created a calming and professional environment, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Jessica is incredibly skilled at identifying problem areas and applying the perfect amount of pressure to relieve tension without causing discomfort. Throughout the session, she checked in to ensure I was comfortable and adjusted techniques as needed. After the massage, I felt a significant reduction in muscle tightness and overall stress. Jessica also provided helpful tips for stretching and self-care to maintain the results. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a highly effective deep tissue massage tailored to individual needs. I’ll definitely be booking another session soon at Refresh!

I was referred to Jessica and Andy by some friends of mine and they did an amazing job. I got deep tissue and so did my bf. I came in feeling so tight in my muscles and left feeling great! I highly recommend Refresh Massage and Bodywork and I will definitely be coming back to see them again!

Andy and Jessica have an awesome massage practice in Raleigh and I am sure the new location in Mesa, AZ will be excellent. Andy is my all-time favorite masseuse. He gives the best deep tissue massages and he has done wonders for me. He adjusts each massage to address the needs of your body and does not just go through the motions. He is excellent at finding areas that need attention on his own and often areas that you don’t realize need special attention. Give them a try. You will not regret it.

I came in with stiffness in my left shoulder. Andy, my therapist, informed me that I'm having signs of frozen shoulder and I should come every two weeks to avoid it getting worse. He listens to my concerns and lightens the pressure when needed. Its so easy to book online or phone. After one session my pain and stiffness has gone down greatly. Thank you Andy!
