Jessica is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed right off the bat, very friendly and personable. Best haircut I’ve literally ever had. My hair is very thin and she gave me beautiful layers that gave my hair lots of volume. She is also very accommodating and helped me get to a color I really love as I wanted to try something new. Thanks Jessica!

I hadn't found a hair stylist since moving to the area and I'm happy to say that I now have. I scheduled a hair cut with Jessica and she did an awesome job- she gave me exactly the cut I was hoping for and was very communicative. Booking the appointment online was also very easy!

I just moved to Folsom recently and needed to find a new hair salon- specifically one that uses Redken hair products. I reached out to Brooklyn for information and she got back to me promptly & answered all of my questions. My first visit with her was great- she listened to me when I was telling of what I was looking for in terms of cut/color. I felt very comfortable with her and her professional approach. So glad I found her!

I’m usually not a very picky person but this time it went off my limits. I saw Jessica for a full highlight. I mentioned to her that I want to go as light as possible. She said that she would give me a full highlight with light caramel tones. I asked her since the color os going to get light I prefer a very small section that is on my cheeks to be darker. What I have is a very dark shade of brown. I text her and ask since this is a full highlight and i have paid you 320 $ please give me another appointment and add a few shades in the front and she says that she will charge me for it again!!! My hair is bot even close to the picture I showed her and my friends also think that my hair color has not even changed since its so dark!! She resisted to give an answer and chose to ignore my dissatisfaction. Worst customer experience ever. Never going back!!

I have been here multiple times, and each time my hair was taken care of by Reed. She's the sweetest hairstylist I have come across. And I was very happy with her service. Today, unfortunately, was her day off, so I saw Ralphie. Her service was atrocious to say the least. She made me wait for 50 minutes because she was running late with a previous client. I'm sorry lady, NOT my problem!! You better be more organized with time. If you're running late due to whatever reason, just pick up the phone and let your next client know! How hard is that? My time is too precious to waste staring at the walls in your salon! I ask the receptionist (who calls herself the "manager") why they can't inform clients about a potential delay. Her response - "sorry, not our policy!". What nonsense.. what's your job then? By the way, that lady was quite rude, and did not once bother to at least apologize. Where are your customer-service skills?? And please wipe that smirk off your face, lady! Anyway, I waited for class to 50 minutes and then finally Ralphie was done with all her previous clients. Ralphie appeared courteous, but gave me a gloss service that I never asked for, and then overcharged me for that! She claimed to have given me a "discount" for causing the delay - lamest BS I have heard in a while! I was taken aback by her sly personality and left her no tips whatsoever. In retrospect, I should have refused to pay her that exorbitant fee. I'm surprised by the highly positive reviews for Ralphie. She is ripping you off. Please see someone else! Note to self: stick to Reed.

I informed the older hair stylist about bad haircuts and not short. She said long layers and she gave me a mullet. My hair is short up front and long in back. It looks horrible. Everyone that has seen it thought it was terrible and a beginning student did it and it was their furst haircit.
