I tried to leave a review on Vagaro and got an error that I have never visited this business even though it is in my Past Appointments 🙄 My appointment was with Kaylor. I told her what I did and didn't want. What I would and wouldn't do as far as styling - which for me is next to nothing. I got the perfect cut/style for me! Highly recommend.

I had hair that resembled a young jeff bridges or tom cruise layered cut. It took a year + to get it that way. After my visit to Refinery, my hair resembles a coked out homeless man...maybe a wiry old cat. I supposed I should have been more clear about what I meant by trim around the sides, but it all happened so fast.

After unsuccessful attempt at bleaching and toning my hair from black to silver at another salon (that shall not be named), a friend of mine recommended the Refinery Salon & Co. During the consultation session, the Refinery team was great at listening to my concerns and request before recommending the right hairstylist to me. Lacey did a superb job at correcting the colors in my hair, giving me the hair color I truly wanted in one session, while keeping the hair strong and healthy! I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

I get my hair done every 5-6 weeks - and I love the way my hair looks every time. I have had extensions and regularly have my hair highlighted, cut, and colored by Deanna. Their is never a loss of topics to chat about and at times when i need to be on a call for work, she is totally ok with me having to work at times during my appointment. I searched for a stylist in CR for a while and I am so grateful to have found Deanna and her salon.

I had covid last year and as a result lost a substantial amount of hair. I'm also starting to go grey. I talked to Deanna about my options. She expertly blended my previous color(over 40 yrs of red) to match my outgrowth and put in extentions to match. Everything looks completely natural. I am over the moon happy. Thanks times a million!!! Deanna is truly a master at her craft!

Jenni is by far the best stylist I’ve had to date. I honestly can say I’ve never had a better color or cut! She gave me exactly what I asked for, and was so kind and down to earth. I’m so glad I found her. I just love her! If you go to her you will not regret it!! Girl knows what she’s doing!

Jenni was amazing! She was so welcoming and pleasant! She did a great job on my daughter's hair as always. She does a great job explaining what she's doing and how to best care for your hair as well. She takes her time and doesn't rush so you know you are getting good quality hair service. She has always been on time for our appointments, we will definitely be coming back to see her smiling face 🌝

I love every visit to Refinery! The salon is always very clean, comfortable, and inviting. Making an appointment is easy and their hair products are divine. In particular, I love my stylist Sylvia. She truly listens to me and gives honest feedback. If something won’t work with my hair, she isn’t afraid to tell me that…which I appreciate. She is always so professional, yet down to earth and fun. 😍 in love with my hair, Sylvia is the best! She slays every time check her out if your looking for someone who is professional, efficient, talented, and easy to talk to. I give her a general idea or picture of what I’m thinking and she blows away my expectations. If your like me and your nervous to trust someone to do your hair I assure you your in good hands 🙌🏻 although Sylvia has previously done my hair this was my first time visiting Refinery Salon and I was also impressed it was welcoming, clean and open yet intimate 10/10 I’ll be back
