Update 2024: still love this place!! Previous post 4 years ago: Wonderful service with exceptional results! Best experience ever at a medi-spa. I have been seeing Dr. Toscano for a year now, and I have had terrific experiences with every visit. I love the staff, very friendly and knowledgeable, they have also taught me a few things along the way. Thank you for this!

Awesome group of people and Dr. Toscano knows his stuff! I don't trust a lot of people with services like this and my skin but he is one I will always trust! Thank you Red Bamboo for everything you all do!

This is Peggy Pease, I love this place so much I had to borrow my boyfriends phone to leave a review because I can't stop raving! Rachel and my sweet rockin gals at the front desk! Class act the level of professionalism is bar none! Dr. Tascano has the perfect touch mixed with a warm heart. Now in a class by herself Robin the esthetician is mind blowing. I call her 50 shades of facials! I don't have alot of money but they always have specials I can afford. You feel like family when you walk in the door. I will never go anywhere else! I have been coming to the Red Bamboo Medi-spa for more than 15 years. I recently had smart Lipo. Doctor Toscano is always welcoming and informative. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his skills during and after the treatment. He followed up personally by phone the next day to make sure I was doing ok. The office staff are professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend the services offered at Res Bamboo Medi-Spa.

Everyone here is absolutely so kind , friendly and professional. Robin, the clinical esthetician, I cannot say enough great things about her. I’ve been doing the Jeuveau now for almost a year and have had wonderful results. This place is top of the line, you will love it here.

Have been a client at red bamboo medi spa for 15 years or more and at 77 years old my skin is still amazing. Facials are so important for women and men because we can only do so much ourselves to keep dirt and bacteria away so our skin looks and feels it’s very best. Raye is amazing.

I live in NY and visit thr Red Bamboo Spa a few times a year to have a facial with Robin. She gives a fantastic facial and never pushes products or unnecessary services. The front desk staff are so accommodating. Great place!

I’ve been coming to Red Bamboo for years for Botox/Jeuveau and have always had great experiences with the staff, Dr. Toscano and the results. I decided to treat myself to RHA filler in my lips (much needed). As a mom who is discreet about the work I have done, I was resistant for fear of it looking unnatural. I have to say I couldn’t be happier with the subtle yet noticeable results, and the experience itself was just as great. Jamecia was so comforting during the procedure; I felt minimal pain/discomfort with their preparations and care. I was also impressed with their aftercare package which contained everything I needed. Dr. Toscano is the best at what he does and I’m so glad I put my trust in him to create the results I was looking for.

I’ve had Botox at multiple other places, but will never go anywhere else now that I’ve seen Dr. Toscano! I am so pleased with my results! Dr. Toscano has wonderful bedside manner, and his technique was nearly pain-free. His staff are kind and caring and I felt super comfortable. I will only go to Red Bamboo going forward! Thank you!

Face Maimed During Facial The week before Thanksgiving I decided to treat myself to a facial. I had several important events coming up and wanted to look my best. So I went to Red Bamboo Medi Spa and had Robin as my aesthetician. I had only one blemish, which she attempted to extract. I remember the extraction felt quite harsh compared to others I’ve had in the past. Then, Robin used a “high frequency wand” on the area. She kept wanting to turn it up, but I declined as it felt painful. After, when I returned home I noticed a huge welt on my face. I figured it would go away, however, my face was throbbing in pain the entire night and when I woke it was MUCH worse. I had an ugly welt that was scabbing over. I called Red Bamboo and sent them photos. They refunded my facial and told me I could come in to be treated by the owner. I felt relived, thinking surely the owner could help. But then when I got there, they put me in a room with Robin, not the owner. I didn’t trust that woman to touch my face again and left feeling very lied to. I now write this well into December and I can say that I have a very permanent scar on my face now. No one deserves to become disfigured from a simple facial so I hope that by sharing my experience I can save people from being harmed by this clearly incompetent woman and facility. To top it all off, the blemish is still there! HA

I absolutely love Red Bamboo and their staff <3 I have gotten facials from the wonderful Raye and they helped my skin so much as I began struggling with acne this year, and I got my lips done with Dr. Toscano and Stacy and they were so amazing and professional. Always a good relaxing experience here and the beautiful front desk ladies make rescheduling so easy! Definitely a quality business with amazing services and experienced staff.

This fabulous team at Red Bamboo provides stellar services, plus outstanding commitment in meeting the very personal needs of their clients. Yes, there are many spas in this area who provide similar menu items but none compare with the amazing Red Bamboo!
