I went with my girlfriend to get her nails done and was thoroughly happy. I'm not a regular at any nail salon, but I was treated kindly and tickling was minimized. My nails look good and my girlfriend was very happy too. She's been going there for years

I couldn’t believe I had a 25 minute pedicure😳 When I left there the bottom of my feet were still dirty, no scrub rub on my legs with no massage, no callus treatment, I said I have ingrown toenails now my bad toe really hurts😡 I will never go back again!!

I've always been paired with the same lady to get my nails done, even when I've been asked if it's okay for me to see anyone when I've called to make my appointment. At first, this lady did good. Then I noticed what I'd asked for never came out as I had requested. After a few months, this last time she did my nails and I told her they are not what I requested. She told me that this is what I always get and I said yes but it's never what I ask for and I do not like it nor am I happy. I was already there for over 1 hour. She had to redo everything from the beginning and that meant soaking my nails in acetone again. She was not happy as I could see in her facial expression and she kept silent. To add, when she had done my pedicure, twice she cut up my two toes. When all was done, time of payment came and before I had a chance to tip, she asked me for tip money!!! She in my opinion did not deserve a tip though out of respect, I was going to tip but not as much so the tip to her was less. She took the money and walked away not saying anything and left. There are other ladies here who really do fantastic work, who I will be seeing next time.

I've been coming here a year now but today they out did themselves! I got a gel manicure and design. My nails are fire! Thanks Lisa, she's a nail artist!

Nails look good, service isn't worth the price. Feet weren't bad but did have a patch of dry skin behind heal which could have easily been beautified by exfoliation but no attention to the service deal was made. I pointed it out and she told me to wrap my feet with lotion and at night. Seriously for over $50 I didn't get foot soaking time and lack of personal care service. It would have been $20 cheaper for just the pedicure but I ordered the Special which was not worththe money. I went once before and the other person was great. This time it wasn't worth the money paid at all. Rushed service with lack of quality.

They barely give you a massage. I’ll take my 7 minutes please. The tools they use are what they just used on someone else. It took her 10 mins and my feet need to be redone. Every toe she did she forgot half of it or left too much on the top. Didn’t clean around the nail area. Barely got any dead skin off. To pay 30 plus tip is insulting. I would have rather a blind dog paint them. Unreal 😂😂😂😂😂 Waste of money !!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this place for years and they never disappoint. I would recommend calling before hand because sometimes they can get pretty busy. I’ll usually get gel manicure and pedicure. Always a great result. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here for 4 years.

I got dip for my nails and the very next day the top clear coat has peeled off on several of my nails! And my nails are separating from the dip on on others. The second day my entire dip nail broke off. So now there is no dip on my nail causing my real nail to break! Not to mention when got to my car I noticed my finger tips were covered in excess dip powder caked under my nails and stain all over my fingers. She didn't even bother to clean up around my nails. I went back to the store and asked her to please wipe off the excess powder and she was really annoyed. I was really disappointed in her attitude. Quality, and customer service were disappointing.

This place is so good at pedicures! I used to go to Tiffany's by the Capitola mall next to Ross. They raised their prices and stopped including hot stone and now its $5 extra. At Red Carpet Salon it's included and it's $3 cheaper. Massages are fabulous and they understand what we are asking them. Thank you staff at Red Carpet. We will be loyal customers from now on.
