Waited all day for my appointment then when I got there the front desk lady told me that I couldn’t get my hair done. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Will never come here again.

I have never had a bad experience here and have been going to Raydiance regularly for over 2 years. Today is the BEST experience I've had yet. I was going to cancel due to lack of childcare but they encouraged me to bring my 20 month old with me and they were SO HELPFUL in keeping her happy so I could get my hair cut! I came in today to fix a haircut that was previously cut at another salon and did not work well with my textured hair. Sam did an amazing job with the cut and I left feeling much better about how my hair looks!!

Jenna was amazing! I came in with hair to my mid back and left with a stacked bob. It was a dramatic change and she did it so well! The color is perfect! She is a short cut genius!!

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon. Haylee rushed my appointment, left shampoo, conditioner, and toner at the base of my scalp which was really hard to wash out. Plus the toner got all over the back of my neck when she was rinsing out my hair and it burned. She fried my hair and did my color all wrong even though I showed her exactly what I wanted. She just seemed to not care about how my hair turned out and rushed me out of there because she knew she messed up my hair. I used to really like this salon but after this experience I will not be going back. Especially paying such a high price for poor quality.

Another masterpiece by Danielle! I have been coming to Raydiance for over a decade and I absolutely love this place. They listen to you, and they do an excellent job of creating the look you want! And it's always better than I imagined it would be. Update: I have also had a couple of the other stylists here work on me while my stylist was away, and they did an equally wonderful job!

Both of my kids and I get our hair cut (and colored, for me!) at Raydiance! I highly recommend both Dawn and Danielle who always take such great care of us. The salon is so fun and vibrant, we absolutely love our visits!

Danielle and the team at Raydiance Salon are so incredibly knowledgeable on customizing your haircare experience. From recommending the right products to the amazing results at the end of each appointment, I feel well taken care of and valued as a client. Came here for the first time and I really loved the vibes and the space there! It’s a little bit hidden which took me some time to find but the lady who did my hair was really nice and patient with me. I was a bit unsure of what I wanted and she gave me some recommendations and I love the cut she gave me! She also gave me tips on how to take care of my hair and scalp. Also had my brows waxed which was a great experience! She walked me through it and gave me what I was looking for. Will definitely come back for sure!

I've had my hair cut and colored by Jenna at Raydiance for years. Despite no longer living or working in Mankato, I still happily drive the hour to have my hair done here. If that doesn't show how much I like this salon and stylist, I don't know what does. The atmosphere of the salon is always welcoming and relaxing and I have confidence that my hair will be beautiful every time I visit.
