Chelsea is very non communicative and they will double book you, and basically do nothing to compensate. Its my bestfriends birthday weekend, they messed up my reservation some how booking it for a week prior? (How is that even possible?) then chelsea rebooked me, then I HAD TO track them down to figure out whats going on because we were suppose to be filling out new client forms. She gave me the spa number to text them and After being left on read, I had to call THEM only to be told that i was double booked and theres basically nothing they can do to rectify the situation. Now I have to wait on a manager to call me back to see if i came get a refund Wow. I feel like i really got the 2 for 1 special between wasting my time and ruining my best friends birthday. Way to go Chelsea

Could not more highly recommend! I accidentally scheduled the wrong day, they ended up squeezing me in anyways to accommodate me and it was perfect! Nina did an INCREDIBLE job, I truly will be recommending Raven Skin & Lash Studio to my friends. I felt so safe and comfortable in their studio. LGBTQIA+ friendly and supportive! My skin is actually glowing. I’ll be back 100%!

Atha did my brow lamination, tint and shaping today, and it is SO perfect!! She takes her time and has perfected her technique to remove only stray hairs using the sugaring. My brows are blonde/white, and she tinted them to where they show up now, but not so dark that they look unnatural. *LOVE*

I just had Atha for my first facial here and she is Amazing!!! The atmosphere, products, process, all of it was exactly what I needed. She takes her time examining and pin pointing exactly what your skin needs and does these processes so well. I am so impressed and will be back many times!

I recently received a facial from Tara and WOW. I cannot recommend her services enough. You can tell she really loves what she does, and truly cares about the outcome of your skin. She made me feel so at ease. It was wild to see the before and after of my skin after receiving a facial with her. Definitely book with Tara!!!

I went to Raven Skin & Lash for the first time today. Tara and her team were welcoming and sweet. The vibes were very calming: nice incense, chill music, and warm colors and decor. Tara sugared my underarms, which was my first time sugaring anywhere besides my legs and eyebrows. While a little painful, Tara was reassuring and helped me through it with such kindness. I would definitely recommend Raven Skin, and I would also recommend Tara for your next sugaring appointment! Things to know for first-timers: there are a good amount of steps to enter the building. I am not sure if there is an accessible entrance.

I’ve had facials from both Tara and Atha, and holy smokes, both were incredible. They take their time to customize the products and service to your needs and make you so comfy and relaxed. Both are so kind too! Best facials I’ve had in all of Nashville hands down! And I left with a GLOWING face both times ✨

Heather is a wonderful stylist and haircutter. I ended up in her chair after a coup#le of negative /establishment, Tahe Hideout. (I've never posted about it.) Had my hair cut by Heather, she answered all my odd little questions, my hair is feeling healthy and replenished! Had a sugar wax from Elyse, I am also an esthetician, she gave me the best sugaring and waxing experience I’ve ever had. I’m so inspired by her. The beauty bar feels like home, I’ll be coming back.

I have had 3 reiki sessions so far with Louie. I highly recommend them. Every time I leave, I feel at peace with whatever question I had or situation I was feeling stressed about. Each time I have left feeling lighter and more empowered. Louie really does have a special gift and I feel legit healing take place during each session.

I’ve lived in Nashville for 10 years and have tried many spots to get a standard, male haircut that’s clean but also modern. A-lot of places are good and not so good, but Heather at Raven gave me the best haircut I’ve ever gotten in this city. She does a really great job complimenting the cut with the shape of my head. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I came in with a vague idea of what cut I was looking for and Heather was able to execute it perfectly. She really gave me the confidence boost I was in need of! Hi Heather, not sure you remember me as this review is coming almost two months later. I do not have such big words in my vocabulary that can say how you transformed me in to such " elegant & gorgeous " ( These are the comments I got from family & friends) person. To be honest I was bit worried as I was not from Nashville & was not sure what to expect. All I did was just sent you the picture what I had in my mind as I am not a person who wear makeup day in & out. You made me like I am not having any make up & the hair up-do was the best I have had. Most of all you are so easy to work with & very kind, sweet apart from your professionalism. Than you again Heather for making me looking amazinly beautiful on my stepsons wedding. I go see Elyse for a facial every 6 weeks, and she always takes excellent care of me. She listens to my concerns, makes relevant recommendations for products that will work for my skin type, and we always have such great convos. As long as I live in Nashville and have the means, I’m gonna keep coming back!

I have been seeing Elyse for about a year now. She has helped me adapt a skincare routine that works for me and my skin has never felt better! I’m obsessed with the product lines they carry and the salon is super cute and inviting. Ive recently started doing lash lifts and brow lamination also and I can’t get over how good these services make me feel! I recommend 100% going to raven!

Since I started coming in for regular facials, dermaplaning, and lash lifts/tint with Elyse Wilkinson for the last year, I feel younger, more in control of my skin quality and more educated about the proper care of my specific skin type. She also gives the BEST lymphatic massages, the drainage in my sinuses and tension release in my shoulders and jaw muscles is incredible. I volunteered to come in for a training facial for one of the new employees and Elyse sat in and trained her while she gave me a facial and I was blown away at the care and professionalism in the training that goes into the facials at Raven. Just a great experience, highly recommend!

The bridal team at Raven is great! Heather was very kind and attentive to what I wanted for my hairstyle and makeup! I had my hair and makeup done, and all my bridal party, my mom, mother-in-law and my nana’s hair done. We all looked so good! I highly recommend them for a smooth wedding day!
