My daughter and I have been using this hair salon for many years. Rami and the other stylists are always on time, friendly, professional, and accommodating. My hair color always comes out so natural, vivid, and youthful. I get many compliments on my hair when I get it done here. Absolutely love Rami Royal hair salon.

4/5 stars for my haircut. But 2/5 for my daughter's. I would not say this is a good place to bring a child. The hairdresser asked me how much we would cut off. I said 3-4 inches, make it short but so we can still do a ponytail. She then turns to my daughter and asks her what she wants. Now painting a picture for you, not only is she only 4 years old, but she is on the spectrum. Very withdrawn when nervous. After about 10 times asking her which length was okay with her, I encouraged my daughter to respond and she gave a slight nod where the hairdresser's hand happened to be at that point in time. The hairdresser then proceeded TO CUT HER HAIR at that point, instead of where I asked for- 1 inch vs. 3-4. Like I get the whole, "their body, their choice movement," but HELLOOO? When she then asked me if I wanted my daughter to get a blowout, I told her to ask the client. So easy to make those snap judgments when you're not the one wrestling with that long hair every morning.

I came to this place 4 months ago to get highlights, and the girl damaged my hair by putting too much bleach on it, now my hair breaks easily. I have used all the treatments possible and nothing has been able to repair it. I do not recommend this place.

I am so happy to have found this gem of a salon in oyster bay. Rami and his team are so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease getting my first Brazilian blow out treatment. I am so happy with my results, my hair has never been so sleek and easy to manage. The salon is beautiful and fairly priced for quality service. I will definitely be back!

The staff is so rude. I had called to make an appointment, and the lady had said yes to fitting me in for 2 pm for a cut and blowout. She said she was going to put me on hold for a little bit, which turned into 15 minutes. I called back to make sure the appointment was made, and then Rami answered, telling me someone else had already booked for that time. I produced to tell him that I had just called but was on hold for 15 minutes, and he said, "Well, we are booked" and just hung up!!! Honestly so disappointed because I had gone here before once for a Kartian treatment and I took my grandma to get her hair colored.

Great experience! Rami is personable, caring, quick, and efficient. I was nervous to switch hairstylists after going to the same person in Manhattan for too many years to count. I had a great experience with my first haircut and blow dry. Definitely recommend and I will be back!

Everyone is so friendly and still professional. Rami suggested a keratin treatment for my curly/frizzy hair and I cannot believe how it has changed my whole routine! I no longer spend hours fighting the curls. I have never been disappointed with a cut, coloring or blowout. Highly recommend

I highly recommend going to Rami Royal hair salon! The staff are so genuine and extremely friendly and helpful. The Staff help guide you in what/ how you want your hair to look and feel and they also give you trips on how to maintain your hair when leaving their salon. They are a hidden gem in Oysterbay/ East Norwich! And our town is extremely lucky that we have an amazing hair salon! Sincerely, Antoinette Lipari- Hoch

I like this place. Only negative is that one time I was given/ charged for a blow out with a cut when I declined the service. Could have been an error. Otherwise, it is great.

Long hair was weighing me down. I knew I wanted a cut but what kind? Being the queen of "I think I want but I'm not sure..." I went to Rami. It was the first time Rami cut my hair and I couldn't be happier. He showed me a pic and proceeded to give me a wonderful cut. I feel positively perky! Thank you, Rami! Terrific job! Beautiful salon with lovely staff.

Rami always does an excellent job! He’s kind and a joy to be around. His skills are superior, coming from NYC background. His studio is newly renovated and beautiful. Staff is polite and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Rami is a magician with his blow outs!! The cuts are perfect as well. He puts 6-8 brushes in my hair at once. When he’s done it looks amazing. I just ask for the Rami Royal😂😂

I went on the fresha website and I looked at men's color and it said $55. When I approached Rami he told me no but he didn't give me a specific price yet told my dad who just dropped me off how much would men's color be. He is not someone I can ever trust regarding hair because once I cut too deep back in August and the first time I got my hair done the color was too light back in October and he didn't show me the types of bleach that he uses for light blonde, medium blonde or dark blonde with me asking him, is there any natural hair growth supplements you could recommend to me after showing him the cowlick I had. He told me no and he was very negative without giving me solutions for hair growth. As a result, I had to think outside the box and get some natural proven growth oils and soaps at my local pharmacy which helped over time. As my hair slightly lost it's color and got longer I came back for a haircut and asked him to work on my roots after the haircut which he didn't do. Yesterday I requested a blonde with it not looking too yellow and the guy who did me did it wrong so twice was the charm without letting me know whether or not Rami would charge more for a redo. On top of that Rami made it seem like I was taking the bleach out of my hair and off my hairline onto the smock and my hands so he talked down to me as if I was 5 years old in a condescending cold way making me uncomfortable. After giving him the benefit of the doubt for this recent trip and the other times never again will I come back. Strike three and you're out.

Love my highlights by Rami (the owner). He's also a great stylist. Relaxing vibe in this salon. Sweet employees. Very clean and organized. I'll post a photo after my next cut.

Best hair salon on Long Island. So professional, extremely clean, amazing results from hair cut to highlights to Keratin. My family comes from out of state to do their hair with Rami. What a gentleman, it is rare to find such a person with so much experience and knowledge and professionalism like Rami the owner.
