I was scheduled for a one hour massage and when I checked in I was told that they could not accept my gift card. My husband had given it to me as a Christmas gift. I have been getting massages there for several years now. My appointment was with Angela Barlow and she is wonderful. She had been away for several weeks and it is hard for me to get a late appointment scheduled. Mary is also a wonderful therapist, but stays booked up too . I work in Edmonton and cannot get to the Spa until 3:45, which is the last appointment time . The office manager was not present, so I didn't get to speak to her. It was very disappointing and upsetting that I didn't get to use the last $80 on my gift card.

We had a couples massage and both therapists (Mary Christensen & Angela Barlow) were superb! I see Haley Mallory for Botox (and I have also had filler by her). She always does an amazing job and makes me feel so comfortable. Alanna is a true expert at lasers (BBL & Moxy), she is so friendly and makes me feel relaxed. The results I’ve gotten from every treatment I’ve tried here have been far superior to other med spas I’ve tried in the past. All the professionals here really know their stuff and go over and beyond to help clients achieve remarkable results while providing a relaxing, top notch experience! Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic. Twice I’ve gotten massages from here by Angela both times and she is amazing! I’m already looking forward to the next one! Go check this place out, it is clean, luxurious and relaxing! Everyone needs some pampering!

I booked an appointment for a SkinPen with Haley Mallory. I absolutely love the experience that Haley provides to her clients. I asked for a very thorough treatment which I knew had the potential to be slightly uncomfortable. It was not uncomfortable at all. Haley checked in with me throughout the entire treatment to ensure I was not experiencing any discomfort. She walked through after care instructions with me step by step. I’m very impressed with the care that Haley provided, not only with the skin treatment itself but with the genuine and kind attitude that she has. She really does go above and beyond for her clients. If you haven’t scheduled an appointment with Haley yet I would highly recommend it. You will NOT be disappointed!

I had the most amazing facial experience with Paige at R+ Med Spa! This was truly one of the most relaxing and refreshing facials I've ever had. Recently, I Had Cheek & Lip Filler. Haley Discussed In Detail How Each Treatment Would Be Done. She Patiently Answered All Of My Questions. She Took The Time To Really Listen To Me & Was Never In A Rush. I LOVE My New Look!! I Wouldn’t Change A Thing. The Employees @ R+ Med Spa Didn’t Just Treat Me Like A Client, They Treated Me Like Part Of Their Family. I Very Highly Recommend R+. Haley Is Such A Huge Asset To Them. I recently had lip filler done by Haley Mallory. She walked through the entire process with me and discussed the different options for how they would look post injection. I was so pleased with my results. I asked for a very natural appearance and that is exactly what Haley did. I was so pleased with the results I also decided to have filler done in my tear troughs and cheeks to help with my under eye area. Toby England and Haley Mallory were great during this procedure as well. For those of you who have lost volume in your under eye area, this will be a game changer for you! I highly recommend Haley, Toby and the entire team at R+ Med Spa!

I was a November 2023 bride and R+ did a phenomenal job helping get my skin ready! They created a monthly maintenance plan for me that began a few months before our wedding that coincided with my skincare routine. I had never received Botox before but wanted to get a little in my forehead for the wedding. Olivia did a great job both with Botox and calming my nerves. Also, I received two amazing Hydrafacials from Paige, one in September and one a week before the big day. Paige suggested we add on a chest Hydrafacial during my final visit since my dress was strapless and I’m so glad she did. My skin was so hydrated and glowy on our wedding day! Paige also did spray tans for myself, some of my bridesmaids, and my mom. It was the most natural looking spray tan I’ve ever received. She was so thorough throughout the whole process. Paige took the time to ask each of us what shade we wanted and covered the after care in depth. I also scheduled myself for an OSEA Facial with Alanna two weeks after the wedding. It was so relaxing and the perfect treat to end my wedding planning journey.

Fui a uno de los días en los que tienen el botox en oferta. Quería botox en mi entre ceja porque mi ceño fruncido todo el tiempo me está generando líneas. El personal fue muy amable. Mi enfermera me explicó el procedimiento, estuvo muy atenta a contestar todas mis inquietudes y a tranquilizarme ya que yo estaba muy nerviosa. Finalmente, me aplicaron 20 unidades en mi entrecejo. Demoró 3 días en hacer efecto pero amo los resultados. Estoy muy feliz. Me declaro fan del botox y de este lugar.

Had such an amazing first time experience! Everyone I interacted with in the building was super friendly. Morgan talked me through everything, told me information I didn’t even know about for Injectables and was so easy going and soft with my cosmetic procedure! WOW! Amazing is the word that comes to mind after visiting R+. An abundance of high quality services and medical grade skin products, combined with a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment with accommodating professionals and office staff, and you have yourself a spa that is a MUST visit. They offer everything from injectables, light therapy, facials and extractions, body and lymphatic therapies, microneedling, peels, and massages to brow shaping and lash enhancements. The staff is professional, customer oriented, and extremely knowledgeable of their services. Many in their office, like Morgan and Mary, are experts in their fields and offer years of experience. From the time you enter to the time you leave, you feel like you are in great hands! I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Morgan and I will definitely be back. They also offer a great membership to take advantage of.

To start off I drive almost two hours for my services. R+ Med Spa by far the best, the spa is very clean, the staff is amazing, and offers sooooo many great services. Now Cynthia F is who I go to for my services and ohhhh my lord I never want my facial to end. She has performed two Z O invisapeel non physical peel and my skin is already drastically changed for the better. It is not as congested, blemishes almost gone, and omg the glow after the service I love and it lasts a couple days. She takes her time, she is very knowledgeable in her field, she treats my skin accordingly to what is best for my problem areas, you can tell she has a passion for what she does and it’s not about money or getting clients in and out. Truly a professional! I highly recommend R+Med Spa.
