She is a perfectionist and always greets me with a smile and a hug! Susie and Bani are great shampoo girls. They make sure you are comfortable while washing your hair! I give them all 10’s

Margaret is the most incredible hairstylist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. We were randomly paired together about 5 years ago and I've never looked back!!! She has an eye for detail, is attentive and an expert at her craft. I've never received more compliments on my color or hair cuts and we've gone from bleach blonde to brunette and back!! You cannot go wrong with Margaret or anyone at R&L, nothing but wonderful experiences over the last 5 years.

I am so happy that I found a consistent and talented hair stylist at R&L Hair Salon. Margaret is so good at blow drying my very long and thick hair. She is gentle and my hair always looks and feels so good afterwards. The blow dry can last a good 5 days, thanks to the lovely lady that washes very thoroughly. I am always very pleased with my weekly visit at R&L. It is easy to make an appt (recommended) with the nice ladies at the front and the salon is always lively and filled with friendly hair stylists that always make you feel comfortable and welcomed! I definitely recommend Margaret. My hair looks and feels healthier, it’s just the right amount of heat on my hair.

Happy is an understatement… Olga did an amazing job with bringing the hairstyle I wanted to life! First the lady who washed my hair was extremely sweet and helped me relax which I was grateful for. Olga did beautiful layers in my hair while keeping the length and also gave me the bangs I asked for. She also gave me tips for styling my hair quick and easy with the layers. I’m very satisfied and will 100% be using Olga and returning to this salon in the future :)

Margaret did my hair and i absolutely am in love with it. That woman has hands of gold. I told her that I really wanted to go blonder but was scared of damage and brassiness but she assured me every step of the way. She is the best woman and I will definitely be back. She also gave me a hair cut and it came out amazing the layers she did. She listened throughout the entire process and the pricing here is amazing. Will definitely see me back here

Time after time I have given this salon an opportunity, I found a great stylist who colored my hair beautifully Margaret. I've went there to color and perm my hair and twice left with my hair wet. Today I walked in the owner was generous enough to take me and had another stylist color my hair and said in between Margaret would be able to cut and blow dry my hair. To give her more time I went under the dryer with hair treatment but then was told by stylist there was no time for Margaret to do my hair then Margaret herself voiced she has no time. I no longer will give this salon another opportunity horrible service due to miscommunication.

I was used to getting keratin done and this was my first time switching to the Pro Addiction treatment recommended by the styling team at the salon and I was so happy I got it! Olga did an incredible job on my hair! The service is 10/10.

I found R&L salon about a year ago and have had Margaret do my hair ever since! She’s wonderful and very lovely, I look forward to getting my hair done every time. Margaret is excellent at what she does, and always helps me achieve the look I really love on my hair! Whether it’s a hair cut or balayage, she will always leave me impressed!

I stumbled upon this Salon by chance and am absolutely obsessed with the results. Stella took her time to understand what I want and gave me stunning highlights along with a refreshing haircut and a gorgeous blowout all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend and am definitely coming back!!

Yesterday was my first time at the salon and I was really nervous because I usually go to Dominican hair salons. I was so pleased with my hair! I had Stella and she took her time explaining the different keratin options and answered any questions that I had. I was in and out in 2 hours and I could not be happier. What a wonderful job! My new go-to hair salon.

Amazing professional hair salon. Leo is a master hair stylist, you don’t even have to explain what you want, they already know 🙂 Also Olga is just the pro for highlights, cuts, color/tone, blowouts, and overall experience with Leo and Olga are worth every penny. Will be back many times!

I came in with a terrible hair job and Margaret was such a lifesaver and fixed my hair, she managed to give me what I wanted while still being realistic and preventing me from as much hair damage as possible .
