I go there regularly. Laurie is my person she's great, but make an APPOINTMENT if you want her. They get busy, especially on concert weekends.

I went in for service. I wasn't 100% about the quality. While, waiting, a nail tech dipped the brush she'd just used on a customer, in the stock bottle. I thought if they do this in front of customer, the other hygiene might be questionable. I left without service and would not return.

I've reviewed the person that did my nails and she's amazing but my biggest complaint is the music that's played. It's that Electro type music most of the time and the language is an Asian language. The music gives me a headache when they play it and they play it most of the time. They should play music based on their clientele which is mostly American and English speaking persons. They should get it towards their customer and clients like I said. I will continue to go there because my nail person is incredible.

Laurie has horrible customer service expressed how us walking in inconvenienced her….. here’s my advice if you don’t like your job work some where else you don’t need to be rude to everyone that walk through your doors with out an appointment or change your policy.

Laurie is wonderful. I took my mom in, she has ingrown toenails and was in pain. Laurie was gentle and got my mom taken care of. No more pain.

She glued my broken nail. Not the best job. It came unglued 10 min. later but she didn't charge me. You get what you don't pay for. 🤷‍♀️

We really loved going to Queens Nails in Laughlin. They take walk-ins, and we're very customer friendly. There is a nail tech by the name of Laurie. She was exceptional. She was the one who answered the phone, and was very kind and informative. She also does excellent nail work! The prices are very reasonable, and the service was amazing! The nail salon was very clean. I highly recommend going to QUEENS NAILS in LAUGHLIN! You won't regret it!

Worst nails ever they over charge I usually go to my girl but she way fully booked I usually get XL nails with designs and other things on them I went to this nail salon and they wanted to over charge me for white tips with some blue dots she wanted 105 dollars and they are so small worst place and over charge so if you wanna get over charged go to them the boss lady was rude and started yelling at my mom because I told her it was to expensive mostly for the nail size then you can tell they started talking rudely about us they don’t do them right they always fall off in like 4 days WORST WORST nail place you can go to the boss lady was disrespectful and grabbed my hands like if I was a doll she litterly like almost wanted to pull my arms out I’ll leave a picture of the nail size she wanted to 105 dollars for this place is a scam rude people

If I could give 0 stars I would. It was 3:10pm on a Tuesday and there was nobody in the place and 4 technicians standing at the front desk on their phones. When I asked if me and another person could get our nails done one of the girls legit rolled her eyes and said "I'm tired I'm not doing it.." and walked away. Two of the other girls ignored us while they were on their phones and also walked away. The lady that I'm assuming was in charge told us she didn't want to do our nails and try coming back another day. I was nice and said I understand especially if clients were coming in with appointments and she said no that wasn't the reason, they just didn't feel like doing our nails! I told her I was a local and wanted to give a local business our money and she said dont bother! I am not exaggerating, if anything I am not giving all the sordid rude details that occurred while I was trying to communicate with them nicely. After 10 minutes me and my friend were so offended by how rude these ladies were that I did lose my cool and told them I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were treating us especially since there wasn't ONE client in there (which now looking back maybe their behavior might have been a reason they didn't have anyone in there) and we left. I have never seen or experienced anything like that and honestly couldn't believe it. That is a long winded way of saying please save yourself the hassle and take your money somewhere where they will be grateful to have customers, busy or not.

This was my 1st time here. I did make an appt & yes I did have to wait a little after my set appt. (about 10 mins)but it was worth it! Kathy is the BEST!! She has allot of experience, very detailed but at same time did my full set of new nails in 1 hr 💅 French Tip. I'm not going any where else, this is my new nail shop to go to. I live in Bullhead City, but couldn't find any great nail place like this one😍❤️

Very expensive and my hands looked the same after my manicure, cuticles were not manicured at all.
