I’m a 1st timer and was nervous after reading the last review.. Never have I ever been more happy with my mani!! Lee did an amazing job and I’ve already booked my next appointment 😀

I went here today at the last minute because my nails and especially my toes needed to be done. I don’t know names but 2 females helped. The lady that did the pedi wasn’t too bad but she cut the skin around my toe with a buffing file! Also, I was expecting more of a foot massage that never happened. Another lady did the dip nails. I can tell that she hasn’t had a lot of experience and she took forever!!! I was there for over 2 hours when it should only be 1.5 hours. To top it off, the lady left all kinds of dip adhesive and dip around my fingers and never bothered to try and take it off. This was my second time here and Never again! Very disappointed.

Loved my experience here! I got my favorite set of acrylics ever and she did it in the fastest time even though there was French tips and a snowflake. I had V who was incredibly kind and did an amazing job! She freehanded my snowflake and did it very fast it looks amazing! I’m very picky with my nail techs and she was my favorite ever! Highly recommend, I will be back!

I am so picky with nail places because of the terrible experiences I have had over the years and how disappointed I have been with how my nails have turned out. The place I usually go in Antioch was booked, so I called other places around the area and Queens was available. I am SO happy my usual place couldn’t take me because I was able to get my nails done by Mimi who is literally THE BEST. And for me to say that means something because of how long i’ve been getting my nails done.

The lady who did my hair was sweet but she said she is not expert in full set so didn’t deliver what I asked for despite booking and explaining in advance .

I just got the best dip manicure I’ve ever had. They had a ton of color options and I found an emerald green like I’ve never seen before. Jay did an IMMACULATE job shaping and manicuring my nails. He also did a wonderful job with my pedicure. I’m completely sold. Never going anywhere else again.

They look great! And was able to get in and have them done as a walk in before my daughter gets out of school ! Looks like everything is new also they replaced all the chairs to some really comfy ones and I believe the pedicure/massage chairs are brand new also

I have been coming here since we moved 7 years ago . They are so kind and work so hard and it's a calming environment. 5 *s isn't really enough. Their prices are good and it's nice to be able to tip the employee what they deserve. So 50*s!!!

I went there hearing great reviews from people. I went to get my nails done for a dance that I had. First the lady cut the nails way to short. And then she shapes them and doesn’t make them even at all there lopsided and I told her multiple times and she didn’t fix it. And she made the design crooked also told her multiple times still didn’t fix it. My nails also hurt now. When I press on them slightly it’s painful. Definitely not coming here again.

Ya know I hate to say it but I've just never left this place happy with my nails...today issues were uneven shaping incorrect prep for new set and uneven color coverage. Plus not cleaning tools or anything
