My friend and I went in and asked for manicures. He told us to pick out a color. He asked my friend to sit in a chair and look at the color samples. I sat down to look for her as she is visually impaired. He yelled at me twice to get up and move to the next chair. I tried to explain I was just picking out a color for her. That made him madder. He said "fine, I move" and went to the next chair and told my friend to sit there. Our "manicures" consisted of 20 seconds of filing and 20 seconds of buffing. Same guy did both "manicures" while other employees stood around watching. He started painting my friend's nails and I had to ask him if he was not going to remove the dirt from under them. She had been working in the garden and since she is visually impaired she could not see the dirt. He just kept right on painting. It kind of embarrassed my friend, but since she was getting a manicure because she was going to a wedding on Saturday, I wanted them to be right. He did nothing to the cuticles. He did not make the nails the same length on hers. Mine were already even when I got there. Sloppy paint job on both. No hand lotion, We spent more time under the drying lights than it took for both manicures. Literally. I asked him again about the dirt under the nails and he said "that what you get for $10." Ummm... excuse me? We didn't ask for a $10 paint job. We asked for MANICURES. He brought my friend a bottle of water to drink. Nothing for me. I tipped him very well even though he deserved nothing, and we told him we hoped his day improved. We will never go back there ever again. Zoom in on the first pic. Shockingly horrible.

Awful…just awful.. Go to ANY other nail salon in town ! You will be better satisfied!

Azula was amazing. I loved how attentive she was to my specific needs such as water temperature and pressure of massage for my pedicure. I would highly recommend her and this salon.

I got them done at 4 pm on a Saturday. They close at 5 pm. Manicure for my daughter, and me a Pedicure too. The pedicure was single handedly the most painful one Ive ever had. I had a nail that needed cut down on my large toe. The lady clipped it and proceeded to roll the clipped nail piece out of the side of my nail causing my toes cuticle to bleed. The 2nd time I verbally shouted ouch. She apologized and moved on to cleaning the cuticle. The hands were done by a gentleman that smelled strongly of a cigarette. He had zero conversation and acted as though he was ready for his next break. Upon asking him to file the nails square oval, he did NOT. I asked again and he redid the right hand. The lady was really nice and did a manicure on my daughter. It was nothing spectacular. $25 Being new to this area, I tried it. However, I would not recommend this nail salons male technician to do my nails. I would not recommend allowing them to do a Pedicure. $30, SNS nails $50.

I have used this nail salon the last two times for my acrylic and gel pedicure. The first time, they were just okay. The last time I went Friday (6/23/23), both my nails and toes turned out terrible. I wasn't happy with how either turned out and decided then I wouldn't go back and just decided to deal with it until time for them to be done again. However, by Wednesday (6/28), when my nails started lifting and peeling, I decided to leave a review. I paid $95 dollars total for the services that haven't even lasted a full week. The nails look awful. The acrylic is not shaped well, is lifting on my thumbs, and is also cracking off on my middle finger. They have been catching on my clothes and hair since day one. My toes look sloppy, and the left big toe is super dull. I paid exta for gel on my toes so they would last. That money was wasted since they look bad already. I stoll have skin around the toes because the cuticles weren't properly clipped. I'm pretty sure it was the owner who did the nails. I had two different people work on my pedicure. This is literally the worst my nails have ever looked, and that is aggravating because I spent almost $100 for something I have to have redone somewhere else within a week. I won't make the mistake of going back. (I just realized this is posting under my husbands Google account and not mine)

I would highly recommend Queen Nails. I always book with Nancy. She does amazing pedicures and can get my problem ingrown nails out. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

So I never take the time to do review's and I ALMOST let this one slide too, until I went back to let them know & they wanted me to pay more money, instead of making it right with a customer. Backstory- A few days ago, I went to get a manicure+pedicure, which was listed as being $40. I never spend money on myself like that but I thought it would be worth it and let me just say- I was WRONG! First off, I walked in expecting to pay no more than $50. Once he started, it went from the listed price of $40, to $70 because I accepted his offer of paying extra to have this "gel nail", that would supposedly last a lot longer than traditional nail polish. During the manicure, he seemed to get annoyed and was very quiet and short, which made me feel uncomfortable. Even when choosing a color, I couldn't make up my mind & due to them coming off as getting irritated at my indecisiveness, I chose the wrong color for my pedicure. The pedicure actually seemed to be the best part of this whole experience, until he started quoting me on "additional" prices for "additional" pedicure services, that I had assumed were part of the pedicure anyhow, like them using the little tool to remove dead skin, which I got charged an extra $5 for. The grand total, including tip, was something like $80. At the time, I was more pleased with the way my nails looked, than my toes. The polish, again, wasn't what I was really wanting but moreover, they looked as if my 4 year old had painted them. The polish on my nails looked okay but the very next day, the white gel nail polish that I paid $15 extra for, was starting to chip and peel off!! The whole reason I had agreed to pay more for this pricey, special nail polish was for the simple fact that the polish was supposed to last LONGER. It didn't even last ONE DAY. Whenever I made it by there to show them what was happening, he wanted to charge me another $15, even though I thought I was pretty nice about it & even told him he could just slap more of the same polish on the nails that had chipped. Nevermind all of the other things, I just wanted polish to cover my entire nail, so that they didn't look like I needed to get them done when I had in fact, just had them done. The fact that I just spent time writing this review is all you need to know about how bad of an experience this was. I will obliviously not be returning.

This was my first time at this shop. I was very disappointed. They are nice and friendly, but I won't be going back. The nails were way too thick and the paint job messy. I showed him a picture of some nail art and was told, no problem. A first grade finger painting would have been better. I have never given this type of review before but I had to have my nails redone 2 days later. I don't recommend using them.

My mom and I came in to get our nails done today, I had a man named Ken (I believe is what he said) and she had a woman (we do not know her name). The man did a fantastic job on my nails. He was quick, but made sure everything was done right! You can tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him and will continue to only use him in the future. My mom had a lady and she didn’t do too well on my mom’s nails. My mom showed her the length and shape of my nails and explained to her she wanted hers the same way. Unfortunately they looked nothing like mine. They are very thick and tiny, almost looks like chiclets glued to her hand lol. Highly highly recommend the guy that did mine!!

didn’t even do what i asked for and i look stupid now. also the dude that did them was so rude for no reason. he cut me three times and got mad when i jumped i understand cutting someone once or twice but three times is horrible. i have been going every once in a while because they are cheaper than the place i normally go to but i will not be returning.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and decided to get my pedicure done there since I was already there and it's awful. I was so mad I left without getting my brows waxed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Very disappointed with the male who greets you or not...walked in today to see how long the wait would be and his rude answer was "Very busy” to my daughter told her she need to leave.I will not spend my hard earned money at this place again. Huge potential at this salon. Very sad that small businesses like this don't care about their customers. My daughter and I would frequent this salon every 2 weeks and spend over $100 each time but not anymore.

Women who did my pedicure scratched my legs up with her nails after I told her it hurt, then put a extremely hot towel on my legs that where already on fire from her scratching them and while that was happening to me, my friend was getting gel nails done by I assume the owner and he was extremely rude to her during the process and got frustrated several times with her for no reason. Very dissatisfied with this place and will not be returning!

Entered the business without any acknowledgement I was there. Picked out a color for my pedi and sat down. Another lady entered and sat down and after a few minutes a young lady asked what she was wanting done. She said her nails and was asked to come back at 1pm. This was around 11:15. Lady said she would come back and I still wasn’t acknowledged so I left and will never return. Very poor customer service!

I got acrylic nails and a pedicure done today. A young man did both. Although he was nice, I ended up with a terrible paint job on both my fingers and toes, glue all under my nails, and a bleeding finger. I’ll spare feet photos, but he didn’t bother to get the dead skin off. I picked out a very neutral pink color, based on the samples, and essentially ended up with white nails. I never leave bad reviews, but that’s $73 down the drain.

I only waited a few minutes. The girl that performed pedi was nice and very pleasant. She did a great job and my feet look good. I received a deluxe pedi and it was well worth the money! I will return!

Justin is one of many great talented artists here I always like hombre and he takes the time to pre-mix and match exactly what I want even does test nails to make sure it will look fantastic on my nails.
