Great customer service! We love our hair. They are open seven days a week! They were light-handed when braiding our hair. It didn't hurt, which was a plus for us! We will return.

I have been here a few times, and always leave looking extra gorgeous! I usually request for Nora because I love the neatness, and precision when it comes to how she styles my hair. Hair is provided which makes it more convenient for me, and can do any hairstyle you ask for.

I’ve found my new go to braiding salon! Top tier customer service and great pricing and awesome work! I got knotless braids and when I go to other braiding shops they don’t last more than a week. I’m on week 2 and they still look like I got them done yesterday

My children and I have been coming here for over 2 years. I only get my hair braided here because I love the service and the treatment that I receive when I come. They offer take down, washes, and blow dry as well.

The BEST of the BEST!!! All of the ladies here are very professional, fast working, and friendly. The atmosphere there is amazing I never had to wait long if at all. These are some dedicated, talented women. Lastly, they do NOT braid tightly like other braiding shops which is a plus 10x. I PROMISE they will not disappoint.

Two weeks later with my noteless braids and they still looked amazing!I highly recommend queen latifah braids. There very professional,welcoming and all the ladies are so kind.

Excellent service love that they don't take alot of breaks. Two people on my head and tray to put my belongings on so I don't have to put them on the floor!

Great service. Been coming to this Salon many, many times. Nora is amazing⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Been going to her on different occasions. She's very detailed, takes her time, and ask to see if your scalp is okay. Had a 1:30 appt 2 non appointments come in and are seen before me. After waiting 1 hr 30 mins i decided to leave. Then someone had the nerve to call me and text me late at night upset saying “God will judge you” for giving this review. Just Horrible service.

IF YOU VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!! I used to love this place but now I HATE it. I have been coming here for three years and it continues to go down hill with the customer service. The braiders have the worst attitudes and are rough on your head when you begin to ask questions or ask them to be gentler. Thee is only 1 in there who never has an attitude. If I could give them zero stars now I would. They have officially lost a valuable customer. I’ll never be back

First time I’ve ever had braids that took my hair out. I got my braids (bohemian senegalese twist) done about a month ago. I took my hair down today and it took over 2hrs because of all the knots that were all over my hair from the braids. I always start from the bottom up. Today was very different taking my hair down from previous braids I've gotten at another shop. The only reason i came here was because my normal braider shut down for 2 months. I was literally in tears today. I will never ever go back here. I do remember when they were braiding my hair discussing using vaseline and water for a better grip. I should've known then and just left. There’s just no way I can even wear my hair out. It’s so bad. The texture of my hair is even different than it was.
