Went in for a consultation and laser tech was incredibly rude. She was aggressive when talking to the desk staff about the fact that I have a GroupOn, so I decided not to get any services here. I also have a friend that gets laser hair removal here and she told me the laser tech runs the laser very quickly against her skin, which obviously results in a lot of missed areas.

DO NOT GO HERE. I've been going here for 6 years, and have been treated rudely by Nelly so many times. I do not ever leave bad reviews, but I was disrespected and spoken to so condescendingly way too many times. She must be an absolutely miserable person to constantly be rude to a young girl. I was always nice to everyone, and bought so many packages over the years. She also has refused to give me a refund for my remaining packages. Overall horrible experience-- I left feeling so confused as to why I was treated so poorly TOO MANY times.

I LOVE the lip shape Irina created for my wife! I bought a gift certificate for her birthday, knowing how much she admires Irina’s work and had been dreaming of having her lips done by her. Seeing how much she values this gift makes me so happy, and I absolutely love the results too! Irina is truly the best!

I absolutely loved the service, the people and the end result. It’s a welcoming and clean environment; I can’t say enough about the warm and affable staff, too. Several people recommended to go here and I wasn’t disappointed. I would highly recommend.

I don’t know how to begin with, that are all nasty, canceled my appointment many times, yell at me. Don’t ever go there. I lost my money becaue of them, I called them before I purchase a coupon and they confirmed that they have the service, then called them to redeem the coupon to find out, they have a problem and cancelled on me many times, called them today to find out that they don’t have this service anymore, NASTY.

They owe me $200 to this day and come up with every excuse to not pay me I never used there services and asked for my money back and they keep saying for a year now there owner tried contacting Groupon

This is the last place you want to go to for your health and wellness needs. You walk in and automatically being judged by the staff. The way the even speak to the customers is horrible!!! People spend thousands of dollars here and then when they mess up on something and would like a refund, they don’t accommodate. If you are looking for a judge free, considerate, welcoming, nice wellness spa………this is definitely not the one. I am disgusted to say the least of how they treat their customers.

i LOVE irina for injections but the RECEPTIONIST ? she’s a older lady is SOOOOOOO RUDE ! every single time i go there ( for years ) and even phone calls with her are the worse ! she needs to retire because she is so bitter , impatient , ignorant and just miserable to all patients. this is a process that should be handled with comfort (which irina does ) but the receptionist makes it so uncomfortable to even schedule an appointment. the attitude is disgusting.

I booked 10 sessions for laser hair removal and it has been a pleasant experience. When I called to inquire about the sessions- the receptionist who picked up the phone was patient with me. She stayed on the phone with me for about 20 minutes, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The med spa is very clean and spacious. The technician who did my laser hair removal procedure was friendly, knowledgeable and also answered my questions while alleviating any nervousness I had since it was my first laser treatment. I had no trouble with booking my next appointment. Was an easy and smooth process. The packages are also affordable. I can’t wait to see the results!!!

If you are black, DO NOT go here. I booked for laser hair removal, and when asking about different lasers for darker skin tones, the so-called manager told me skin color didn’t matter. When I told her I did research and people with darker skin tones have gotten burns from IPL lasers, she was extremely rude and told me I didn’t research properly. I insisted that skin color does matter, then she says we have a different laser for that. Why didn’t you say that to begin with instead of telling me skin color doesn’t matter. Do not trust them with your melanin! They do not care!

Absolutely horrible experience!!! I wrote a review a few months ago and it got taken down .. after Irina actually caused me a vascular occlusion!!! This place should be shut down ! They are nothing but a chop shop and there Botox doesn’t last more then a month ! Horrible horrible place and Irina is a terrible injector!!! Please don’t go !

Please avoid at all cost !!! This lady Irina dilutes Botulinum , purchase 40 units which is always more then enough for me , I go home and keep going to the bathroom very weird like I drank a gallon of water ,l knew something was not right , waited a month my to see any changes my face was intact as I walk in the first day ,no changes she placed my Botox in 1 minute she didn’t explain procedures for botulinum or offer to numb me she looked like she hates her job mean and unprofessional ,I called ,return for a follow up apt she said she will not see me because I was polite telling her about no effect of Botulinum still my wrinkles intact in my face ,she got mad and nasty ! I ask for the manager was not even there u can imagine what type of toxic environment is very rude she told me to leave …no manager in office ! this office scam patients they take their money ! Stay away from her ! Scammerssss !!!

If you are looking for a good laser do yourself a favor and don’t go there, if you did you will definitely meet the old Russian lady this lady is so rude and extremely unprofessional she provides misleading information. They lied yo me and said i can do a medium area for my whole face which i wanted so when i got there she only did upper lip and chin and when i asked why my whole face isn’t done she asked me to buy another medium area to upgrade to a large area which is what i should have did before and she told me they would upgrade you right away no worries next time i went the lady didn’t bother to hear me out she just yelled at me and said no i won’t accept your Groupon and denied talking to me before just save yourself a trip and go to premier medical health at least they won’t lie to you and give you the service you paid for.

The laser techs are very knowledgeable and efficient. I book my appointment with Nicolette every time. She’s friendly and knows what she’s doing. Overall, great experience.

This place is terrible, mainly the front desk people, you call either they hang up on you or put you on hold for long time until you get annoyed and you leave especially the old lady who is very aggressive and rude, she talks over you or doesn’t let finish what you want to say and cut you off , you tell her thank you she slap the phone on your face. I am not sure why management doesn’t take action they have the most terrible reviews and reputation because of the harsh and unprofessional employees . Don’t recommend they are cheap but also they are rude and zero service. All my friends stopped going there because of this. People are not animals we are paying you to get good respectful service. Shame on you !!

You would think, with the amount of beauty places around, they would care about their patients and be nice to them, and take care of them with respect. Unfortunately that is not the case here. I've been tolerating this for a while but today I've had enough. This place is awful.
