I took my fiance here to have her nails done. The stylist used a grinder incorrectly and caused her to bleed. When pointed out they didn't apologize or even really respond.

Friendly staff and beautiful nails. The salon was clean and the pedicure was particularly relaxing. I got a gel tip French manicure, and it turned out exactly as I wanted.

First time visiting this salon for pedicures for me and my friend. Nice atmosphere. Great staff! They have always done a wonderful job. Everyone who works here is super friendly and my manicures always last for weeks! Quick service, no nonsense. Pedicure lasted 2+ weeks! I can't wait to go back

I've been coming to this salon every two weeks for the past 3 years. Their pricing is the best in the area for such top quality service. All staff is very friendly and kind. They work their hardest to get me in as soon as possible when I walk in. This is my regular spot! I'm never going anywhere again for my manicures, pedicures and waxing services.

Q Nails & Spa is the best nail salon. They pay attention to what I like and listen to me. Their customer service is excellent and the place is clean. All workers wear face mask and gloves, which is really nice. They have tons of colors! I'm very picky when it comes to my nails. I got the ombre powder dip. Best I've ever got! I love them! My mom loved how her nails came out as well. No the place isn't fancy but they are friendly, fair priced and do an amazing job. WILL DEFINTELY GO BACK!!

This is my favorite nail salon! The service and experience is great. Love going here, friendly welcoming staff, they have techs that can do nail art and staff is always friendly upon arrival. Great color selection and beautiful environment. Clean, modern space and attentive service with any booking. Incredibly easy online booking platform. It's a no-brainer for manicures/pedicures! Highly recommend!

Disappointed! We went here last year and had the best spa pedi ever...and just took my 2 granddaughters today and the spa pedi was just ok. Cost was $55. Plus $5 for something on our big toes...the girls had a flower and I had glitter. One of the girls flowers... looks nothing like a flower...not even sure what it looks like. Sad! Will probably try it again next year...but all for this year.

I've gone here many times but due to horrible service today, I will put that on hold. Water temp was way cold while my teens was super hot-barely changed it for us. Asked for toes to be dried but insisted I stay with my teen- not necessary! Took 5 extra minutes to get my start started when we were only ones getting a pedicure and lady was super rough on my toes-they were hurting during half of it. Skip this place and go elsewhere. My guess is--different employees/management and not worth it.

My 70 year old mother, who just had two back surgeries in less than a year, went in get a pedicure. The "gentleman" (I'm using that term very loosely and not using the words I really want to) asked her why she walks like a duck? Who treats their customers or fellow human beings like that?

The pedicure was not up to par. No massage of feet or legs. just faintly rubbed lotion in. the water was hot enough to boil lobster at first and I had to ask three times for colder water. Not impressed with pedicure at all. i hope I don't get that same person next time. The guy that did my nails did awesome as usual!

We were offered a menu of 3 pedicure options. We were offered beverages, which is always a nice touch. Efficient, quick, adequate pedicures. Our mid price pedis took about 30 min, plus time under the light. Approx 20 pedi chairs. No waiting on a random Tuesday afternoon. Clean facility. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Good place to go if you don’t want conversation during your service.

literally the worst experience ever, i never leave reviews but I need to for this. I got my nails done about 5 days ago and they were horrible the shape wasn’t anything like the picture she cut them to where she wanted instead of asking me, and now they are breaking off one by one. Today I tried lifting my small package and my nail flew off. I paid 84$ for 5 days worth of a set. Will not be going back.

Clean place, rushed to pick a color. I had been here before but it had been over a year. I knew exactly what i wanted. The lady was hard to understand. Told them I didn’t want to cut my nails an kept asking to cut them. It took me pulling my hand away before she realized that i was serious. There was only two ladies working and two other customers in the place. Rushed the while process. Did my nails longer than i wanted. I like mine thicker as i work with car seats all day long and don’t want them to break. The shaping was done horribly and then so was the paint job. This was 1-2 weeks ago.

I'm new to Cedar Rapids, struggling to find a nail tech. I haven tried so many places.. and I know I found my new go to ! Staff was very friendly very easy to talk to I didn't feel like a bug asking for things to be a certain way. The place is very very clean. Prices I felt were normal. Beautiful work and fast! Highly recommend.

One of these things is not like the other! Picture on the right is what I paid for $65. Picture on the left is what I ended up with. My kind concerns that I shared were ignored 100%. The nail technician complained about the design being too detailed the entire time I sat in the chair. Waited another 20min after my fingernails to get my $30 pedicure that lasted all of 15 tops. Same nail tech. Not impressed. My normal relaxing experience to pamper myself definitely backfired by trying a local business a little closer to our home. I will never again give my business to QNails in the JCPenny - Westdale shopping area. Shame on you for being rude and condescending to your customers.

Pleased with this place. Have never and will never go anywhere else! I decided to start dipping my nail cause I work face to face with customers. And this is only my 2nd set done. And I'm totally pleased. The same lady has done my dips both times and she's so good! Will always come back.

They did a really good job on my nails. I got an acrylic coffin set but they shaped them to look more natural, which I appreciate, My nails are always done perfectly and last so long! They made my feet really smooth and soft. Great customer service as well, they truly care about you being satisfied with the end result.
