Heidi was amazing! Super gentle, I usually don’t enjoy getting my hair done for sensory reasons but she made it enjoyable! My hair turned out so cute, I have curly hair and she was very knowledgeable with how to work with it!

Went in to have my hair done for my sons Cadet Ball. Taylor did such a wonderful job on what little hair I have. Great people with great service. Highly recommend would give 10 stars but Google only does 5!!!

Jessica did an amazing job on a full highlight and money pieces. She really took the time to talk to me and figure out what it was that I wanted, especially since it was my first time putting any color on my hair. She took her time and it really shows. She is extremely easy to talk to. The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing and so welcoming as well. Atmosphere is great.

Just HORRIBLE, I went home and cried, there were many factors on why I won’t recommend anyone to this salon. 1. I could not find the salon inside the building, I’m calling the front desk for directions no one is answering, I flag down a maintenance man to help he was very kind. Says it happens “Often” eh, they may be super busy. 2. I found it, receptionist is on her phone ignoring the actual phone ringing, no one is in the room but her, ok maybe she doesn’t do phones. 3. I am greeted, offered a drink then told my stylist isn’t there yet, that’s alright I’ll wait. 4. Arrives 20 minutes later walks past. 5. Tells me to come sit in her chair. Now, she did not out right say she did not want work on me but I think it doesn’t take much to see when someone doesn’t want to do something. She then takes my hair out of my ponytail, brushes it out and and coldly asks what I’m there for. I wanted a full highlight and haircut. THIS GIRL TELLS ME THAT ITS GOING TO BE $400.00 starting and $50 per bowl if it isn’t enough not including the haircut!?! It’s way over my budget for one and two it got to the point where I was desperate to feel better about myself I was going to have her just chop it off shoulder length to make it workable, at the time it was center of my back. Anyway, I asked for the haircut instead but after she left me there with poofy hair I thought it wasn’t worth compromising my hair to get something done after feeling like I wasn’t welcomed in the first place. I said forget it and walked out with brushed out poofy hair feeling like a complete idiot :”) It was a waste of time all in all. Maybe was my fault for not doing the proper research into them, or they only cater to certain clientele , or each stylist had their own price range, fine. I’m trying to find a reason why. State that when people are scheduling appointments I don’t know really how could I known when I couldn’t even get through on the phone for directions.

After my hair stylist of over 6 years stopped doing hair I was terrified to go to someone new. However, Kari has since been doing my hair and I could not be happier. She is extremely skilled in highlights and balayage and does everything exactly as requested! She also is super quick and very friendly! We’ve had some great chats. So so glad she was recommended to me by a good friend and hopefully she’s around forever!!

Amazing Salon with friendly staff! Keri is the best! She listens to everything you want and is super friendly and helpful. She’s done my hair extensions and fully knowledgeable in telling you everything you need to know and take care of them. She did an amazing job! I only trust her with my hair and brows! 10/10 stars for Keri for sure!

I had an amazing experience with Cass last week! I absolutely loved sitting in her chair, giving me knowledge of how to style my hair that I was struggling with, and giving a full highlight for a fresh look! My hair feels healthier already. If you want to leave a salon looking beautiful I highly recommend her and this salon!

I have been going to see Kari for over 8 years now. I have never left her sear upset. She has put up with all my crazy ideas, and has kept my hair feeling great! Would definitely recommend Kari she’s amazing.

I have been seeing Kari since 2017 to get my hair colored and cut and she is hands down the best! I have a hard time trusting anyone else to do my hair. She has done everything to my hair from going dark-dark to brightening my color with highlights. GO SEE HER! You will not be disappointed! ❤️ Also, Pure Salon is overall an amazing salon and I always receive outstanding service when I visit!

Pure Salon has good energy and a nice atmosphere, and the staff are also very friendly. Erika W. is the most amazing stylist, check out her work and become her client. Trust me. Her talent speaks for itself, she is amazing and listens to what you want. She is honest, professional, her style is incredible and she is GREAT at what she does. She treats her work like art and believe me, you will leave with one of her masterpieces. I have never been happier with my hair, not only the color but the health of my hair since I’ve been going to her. I never thought my hair would look like the photos and videos you see on Instagram, the ones we dream of. Well, she made my dream a reality. Lifelong client right here!

Pure salon has been my home salon for longer than I have lived in Grand Rapids! When I would visit my parents I would get my hair done here. Now Rachel is the only person I trust with my hair! I even had Sheila do my updo for my wedding. They communicate effectively and the salon is always clean and peaceful when I get my hair done. I cannot recommend it enough!
