Melodie Thomas first of all it's just such a light to the world! She is an absolute joy to know as a human being. She is also amazingly talented as a hair artist. My hair is extremely challenging to highlight because I have a dark blonde undertone with some natural red highlights and I'm starting to go gray. I don't want my hair to be too brassy Too ashy. She absolutely nails it every time! She also nailed my cut. She's been gently and taking care of my highlights and my hair to help my hair grow out long again. I broke it off a few years ago, using too many tape in extensions and highlighting heat styling, anging and weight loss just destroyed my hair. In one year with Melodie, my hair went to above my shoulders to bra length and is vibrant, healthy, and full all the way to the ends. I absolutely love my color and get compliments on it all the time! I will refer her to anybody because she is the absolute best in Florida! We are so blessed to have her in our Destin area. The salon that she is at is clean and comfortable, and in a very nice area at the Grand Blvd. where you can have a lunch, a cup of coffee or a cocktail even do some light shopping. This is my best hair experience ever! and I will not go to anyone else for my hair here in Florida. Becky at Pure Collective Salon, is life. I can’t say enough good things about her. From the moment I walked in over a year ago, Becky made me feel welcomed and at ease with her personable and friendly demeanor. My search for THE stylist was over! Her extensive knowledge about hair care and styling is evident, and she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering valuable suggestions along the way. I called over 48hrs in advance and left a voicemail because they did not answer to cancel my appointment. They still charged me TWO HUNDRED dollars for a no show fee and said I never called. I sent them a screen shot of the call I made to them and they still would not refund my money. Thinking about taking further action because this is absolutely ridiculous! They obviously have no integrity and I would never support a business like this. I will never go back to this place and I will make sure to let everyone know how terribly they treat their customers.

I have a wedding coming up and tried to inquire many times about a bridal party for hair and makeup. I initially called and was told I would be called back in a few days with an answer. That never happened, so I had to call back multiple times with the same outcome. I was also told to send pictures via text, which I did and no response. I e-mailed a few times as well. Initially, I got a response from Adrianne asking how she could assist, however, once I sent my inquiry with details, I never received a response either. I tried following up one last time saying I was frustrated with the delay time, deliberately stating I wouldn’t be offended if they couldn’t do it, and that I just needed an answer to plan properly, there was still no response (that was April 19th; it is now May 7th). It’s a shame since they seem to do great work and have talented stylists. But there seems to be a lack of respect for people’s time from my perspective. I spent a month and a half trying to get an answer before I gave up. For someone who wants your business that badly, you’d think a simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ could be given.

Becky is amazingly talented with color and cuts and just overall understanding what you’re trying to achieve. Her 20+ years experience with hair shows and I’m thrilled every time I leave with the end result. Salon is beautiful and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I'm so glad that I did, because I finally found a stylist who listens, is amazing and talented!! Regina is definitely worth my 45 minute to an hr drive. Fabulous experience, love the salon! Wonderful stylist for hair I have also received an eyelash lift & tint from Bre, the results normally are 6-8 weeks and mine has lasted me 10 weeks and counting! I am already scheduled on her books for my next one😁 highly recommend these lovely ladies💕

First, I don’t normally write reviews but I think it is worth letting you know if you are reading this Bri is an amazing stylist. I was traveling for a few months in Florida and needed a refresh on color and I just happened to end up on her schedule(thank goodness) She listened to all of my concerns about my current color, she was patient, and professional. She also just nailed exactly what I asked her to do which was amazing for a first time client/ stylist. She was an absolute pleasure to meet and I would trust her with my hair forever if I lived in the the area. Don’t hesitate to book with her!!

I had a not so great experience at a VERY well known salon in town and came to Reagan at pure collective to remedy it and she blew it out of the water. I feel so confident with my new extensions and color! 10/10 recommend Reagan and Pure Collective salon 🤍🤍

I highly recommend my girl Mollie! She did absolutely amazing with my hair and blending the colors turned out beautiful as well! She makes sure you are taken care of during your visit, whether it be water, a snack, wine 🍾 you name it she’ll do her darndest to get it to you! She makes you feel so comfortable during the visit as well! And her head massages? Amazing! I could fall asleep!

In June I went from a brunette to blonde, it was a great color for summer. I have been to this salon a couple of times and I love it! Audrey has dyed my hair before and cut it multiple times and she put a deep conditioner treatment in my hair as well. She has done a great job on my hair multiple times. I highly recommend Audrey and this salon!

Pure Collective Salon is absolutely beautiful, I'm glad I was able to enjoy the experience of getting my hair washed, cut and blown out by Jasmin L. Jasmine Executed every suggestion I had. My hair is bouncy and feels so healthy. The layers fall exactly where I like them to. Jasmine was very kind and is passionate about hair. Looking forward to seeing her in the next 6 weeks.

Reagan did a great job with my extensions. I have had several different types of extensions with other stylists but Reagan’s installation of hand tied method are my favorite by far. She also did a great job on my root touch up and highlights. I highly recommend her.

Recently had a partial balayage and cut done by Reagan and it was everything I wanted and more. I showed her a few inspo photos and she went to work. If you are not using her and going to this salon, you are definitely missing out! Favorite do' of all time.

Such a beautiful salon, everyone’s so friendly! The shampooing sinks are comfortable unlike most places. Jasmine cut my hair and she’s just amazing! My baby needed to nurse and everyone was perfectly fine with it. Can’t wait to come back
