My experience has been nothing but positive and then some.Every employee I have had do my hair is superior than who you may end up with Drybar. I was a customer of many locations in many different states whenever I wanted to get my hair blown out on short notice. As they grew more popular, it became almost impossible to book anything without scheduling as much has a week ahead, which did not meet my needs at all. I happened to see their place, tried it,, liked it , then grew to be a regular customer. I only go there now. Never been disappointed with the talent of their staff, or quality of their products.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this place. While being out of town on family visit I booked blowout in this salon, with extra time and fee for having a hair extensions. It was last minute appointment and I was somewhat grateful they had availability on such a short notice and were able to accommodate me, however Jessie-my "stylist" who worked on my hair ripped out one entire side of wefts in two of my newly installed rows and Im talking about a large scale of damage!!! I would think that if you book a service with extensions they will appoint a stylist who's actually accustomed and experienced with such. Now I'm back in town but my regular reinstall appointment is not due for another 6 weeks and I'm sadly forced to wear damaged wefts until my own stylist can see me for emergency appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have been doing blowouts in my hometown on weekly basis (since I had an extensions installed for the first time) and never have experienced any damage! I should have acknowledge all the negative reviews and stay away from this place.

I had a fantastic experience there last week ! The stylist - Jessie really understood the look I was going for. My hair felt so soft, had amazing look, and the blowout held beautifully all day for my event! I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend for anyone wanting a blowout!

My curls fell out in 15 minutes to PIN STRAIGHT hair. I spent $80 for absolutely nothing. Stylist never introduced her name nor talked to me the entire service. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I have had 50+ blowouts before. This was a horrible experience, I came out of time to enjoy my time. Stylist seemed to be inexperienced, you’re a blowout salon but you don’t specialize in it.

I am beyond disappointed in my experience at this salon. Unfortunately, my friend and I were running behind and I called the salon to ask if we could still be seen. They said yes and to still come in. We arrived, one stylist was available and took my friend for her appointment while I waited to be seen. Only ten minutes later, the stylist finished my friend who was left with ringlet curls. I honestly thought she wasn’t done. The stylist then said she was waiting for her next appointment (my friend) and sat around. I tried to explain that we were all together and asked if anyone start my appointment. After over 25 minutes of waiting, a different stylist told me that she was skipping her break to take me and that all she could do was curls or flat iron. I explained I was concerned about not getting a wash. Rather than addressing my concerns as a professional, she was rude and dismissive. I walked out without receiving any services. I take full responsibility for being late, however that certainly doesn’t justify the way we were treated. No effort was made to accommodate and the customer service was non-existent. This is the third year in a row I’ve brought friends from out of town to have our hair done for a special event. We will never return.

I booked an appointment online for 5pm (there were 5 and 6pm appointments available) and then called 3 min later to change to 6pm as the 6pm was still available. I was told this was possible and when I showed up for 6pm they told me the service I booked could not be done. I was then asked to leave. I also overheard the owner yell at the poor stylist, Jessie, over the phone about "handling a customer." Stay away from this place and their poor treatment of both customers and employees.

I visited the salon for a hair color lightening and blowout, and it was a fantastic experience. The stylist did an amazing job with the color, making sure it was exactly what I wanted. The blowout left my hair looking smooth and shiny. The whole team was friendly and professional—definitely coming back!

Very disappointed. On March 208, 2024 I purchased a gift card for a cut and a blow out for my friend to celebrate her birthday. The front desk staff was away from the Salon and the stylist were clueless as to how to process the purchase of a gift card. The called the manager and after 30 minutes were able to charge and provide the branded gift card to me. My friend is in her early 30s and has never had a blow out before, this was intended to be a very pampered experience. My friend made an appointment to use the gift card on April 29, 2004. The stylist was 20 minutes late in taking her back, argued with her over the bangs and the cut my friend requested... my friend did her best to enjoy the first time experience anyway. When the stylist was finished with the cut that did not align with what my friend wanted at all, the front desk refused to take the gift card as payment leaving my friend in tears because she hadn't budgeted to spend $100 that day. This is a branded gift card with the Pure Logo on it not something that could be duplicated by a first time client trying to get a free service. I had to drive to the salon, present my credit card statement as proof of purchase, meanwhile my friend was left to cry in the corner for the time it took me to make the trip to the salon to remedy the situation. A horrible service and a horrible experience instead of what was supposed to be an introduction to a new form of self care and a birthday celebration. They offered her 20% off her next service which is a joke, neither she nor I will be back nor will we speak a kind work about this business to anyone who asks. I was not contacted with an apology for having to interrupt my day to drive to the salon to aide in clearing up the incompetence of the entire front office and stylist staff. What did I get for my $100 purchase? An interrupted morning and a friend in uncontrollable tears, completely unacceptable.

Walking into the blow dry bar felt like stepping into a sanctuary of style and relaxation, where the service was quick and efficient, the ambiance was super chill, and the stylists were seriously talented; and let's not forget about the Cezanne service, which totally knocked it out of the park, leaving my hair feeling like a million bucks and making me already plan my next visit for more of that awesome pampering vibe.

I came in for an updo hairstyle for a black tie gala I was attending. While the stylist was nice and tried her best, I could get the sense that she was struggling (she put my hair up and down about 4 times) to make it look good. While I am satisfied with it well enough, it’s nothing like the picture. My main area of concern was the mirrors. The seat I sat in had such an awful glare, I couldn’t even use the mirror. When I asked to move to another seat to see my hair when it was finished, I found that mirror to be dirty, streaked and ultimately unusable. I wasn’t truly able to see the hairstyle until I arrived home.

I had posted a review on not loving my highlights. Stylist Neomy offered to color correct, and now I am happy with my look. These times, very few businesses want to work with a customer to make them feel good about the service they get. I was very happily surprised by Pure's outreach and working with me to correct.

I walked up to the salon and the door was incredibly hard to open. I walked in and my experience was already super awkward didn’t feel welcome. My stylist walked out and called me over. She looked very tired and kinda bothered I had an appointment. She didn’t direct me to sit down to have a consultation so we just went to wash my hair. It was very awkward not really knowing what to do. My hair wash was sub par, the nape of my neck was still dry and my sideburns. I don’t think my stylist was experienced with hair extensions. She made me brush out my own soaking wet hair. So my clothes got wet. After she pre dried my hair she ripped a brush threw my extensions didn’t hold them by the base at all. She didn’t get all the tangles so the round brush just ripped through every time. She wanted to start curling my hair while it was still damp. So I told her that I didn’t want curls anymore and then she started blow drying my hair more. My wefts were still wet at the end. I didn’t enjoy my experience at all

My stylist was Gabriela. She was incredibly attentive and kind. I’ve been blowouts for 20 years and she know what’s she’s doing. I left looking as fabulous as ever. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I have been to this place a few times mainly for base color and mini highlights. They have always charged $140 till last week. I asked for the same service plus haircut (only a couple of inches from the end). When I went to check out and asked how much I needed to pay. The woman behind the cash register said $327!!! I couldn't believe my ears and asked her to repeat it and tell me why?? She said they have recently raised their prices and my hair trim was $84. I asked to talk to the owner but he wasn't available. I was very frustrated and couldn't understand how the prices could almost double in such a short time! For sure I will not go back to this place!!!

Pure Blowout can not be relied upon to keep appointments. I had an appointment for a blowout at 9:00am and they called me at 8:55am when I was almost there to tell me they could not keep the appointment. I had a photo shoot at 11:00am with paid photographers and a makeup person. I am surprised they are still in business.

Severely disappointed. My blowout looks like I put my wet hair in braids, then loosened the braids when my hair dried. Flat on top of my head with no volume, and weird curls. The manager was dismissive towards guests and her employees. The woman at the front desk couldn’t be bothered to help me when I arrived. I could give myself a better blowout at home. Save your money.

Worst and most uncomfortable experience at this salon. Not only was the man at the front desk extremely rude, ignoring me for over 20 minutes after I walked in. But the hairstylist, Dhamar (Beltran), did not say a single word to me the time I was there. I tried to communicate with her throughout the process but she refused to do so (she was watching a movie when I walked in and then started another one as I was sitting there) it was very unprofessional and awkward. She damaged my hair and turned it orange, I do not recommend anybody to waste their money here, go somewhere else where the stylists are actually trained, honest, and communicate respectfully with their clients, the whole experience here was terrible. They blatantly ignored me when I reached out with my concerns, never even replying to my email. There was no miscommunication or misunderstanding as far as what I asked for (just highlights), Dhamar said she understood exactly what I wanted, however is just very uneducated in the lightening process and made many mistakes. I definitely communicated that I did not want her to color my hair unevenly, turn it orange, and damage it. This salon definitely needs to start taking accountability and owning its own stylists’ mistakes, and would do well to require their stylists to take part in more training. I know many people who have had the same experience with Dhamar and with this salon. I overheard from a previous employee that they make a bunch of their positive reviews up online so just keep that in mind!
