I had a great experience with Chiara. She is warm, personable, and highly knowledgeable about her services. The spa is clean, inviting, and thoughtfully equipped, including a bed warmer that makes it easy to relax. As a first-time client, I was impressed by the level of care and professionalism she provided during my dermaplaning treatment, which left my skin glowing, smooth, and free of any cuts or vellus hair. If you’re in or near Macon, I highly recommend visiting her and sharing the experience with your friends!!

I recently visited Providence Medspa for a facial, and Botox, I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel completely at ease. The spa itself is immaculate and has such a calming atmosphere, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing experience. My aesthetician and injector Chiara and Lauren were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the treatment. I loved that they tailored the treatment to my skin's specific needs, and I could really tell the difference afterward. My skin feels smoother, more hydrated, and looks glowing! They both were so gentle and kind. A first class experience all the way! The level of care and attention to detail at Providence Medspa is truly unmatched. Let me count all the ways Lauren has helped me: 1) I have suffered from TMJ for years, and her knowledge of Botox for symptom relief is top notch. This has been a tremendous help for my quality of life. 2) She used a Vi Peel on my skin. There was no downtime, the peeling wasn’t extremely noticeable and the results were fantastic! I can’t wait to do another one. 3) last but not least, Lauren is an absolute perfectionist as an injector, and I don’t say that lightly. Little to no pain at all, and her work is absolute chef’s kiss!

My experience at Providence Med Spa has been outstanding. I had the cool peel for the first time, and found it to be the single most effective treatment I have ever had. My skin looks radiant, age spots have disappeared, fine lines have been reduced. I repeated the procedure three months later and I'm delighted with the outcome. Lauren and her staff are outstanding, knowledgeable about the latest teatments and a personalized treatment plan. They lead with attention, exemplary patient care and interest. You feel as if you're the only patient there! They clearly love their work. I look forward to returning and expanding my care at Providence.

Lauren is amazing and so sweet! Absolutely loved the skinwave facial …. My face felt amazing afterwards and my husband even complimented how my skin was glowing! Will be going back for Botox and filler soon! Lauren also provided me with the right ZO products for my skincare!

Lauren was great and so sweet! I had the Coolpeel and Diolaze laser hair removal. I can already tell a difference in my skin after 1 Coolpeel session - my skin is softer and scars are smoother. I can’t wait to see how it will look after 2 more sessions. The laser hair removal was quick and painless. I will definitely be back for more services in the future!
